I've been taking these for about 10 days now, and my urinary frequency has definitely decreased. I'll wait to see if the effects improve at all as I take them longer. But while not like the "old days" still a worthwhile improvement.

I bought this to assist in my hair journey. Although it is too early to tell if it is doing what I intended it to do but I am hopeful!Capsules are quite large and the dosage is two a day, leaves no nasty after taste and easy to take.
