Taste good, mix good, and I usually drink two mass gainer shakes a day. After 3 days I usually have to take a couple off for my stomach to reset. These along with some fiber mixed in, I have ZERO digestion issues.

I bought this shake mix for my son and I wasn't sure if he would like it. Buying such a huge bag can sometimes be a no no but this time it definitely hit all the right marks. My son has it before and after his workouts at the gym. He likes to add a banana each time, along with spinach, milk. This bag is huge make sure you like chocolate when you buy it we haven't tried the other flavors but my son is definitely wanting to try them. Excellent value at 50 bucks. In our household we go through protein fast. I go through a lighter protein but he wanted the weight gainer which this shake is. His friends even like it and say it tastes rich and tasty and that you can't even tell that it was made from a powder. So he highly recommends it and it looks like I'll be buying two bags next time one for him as well as one for the other son. Great job to the creators of this product. Highly recommended and experiment with it like my son did. One thing you definitely want to have a blender or some sort of little ninja to mix it up so that it tastes better. If you don't it will be clumpy.

Went with this gainer because I figured the carb sources wouldn't spike my blood sugar like the others (I'm T1D)All I have to say is, IT WORKS.Price, flavor, mixability, are on point. It's got the best glycemic index, for me. Not to mention I GAINED 30LBS OF STRAIGHT MUSCLE in a matter of 4 months. Obviously in combination with 4,000 whole foods calories and a rigorous routine. Big gains!!! Got a few of my friends on it too. Results incoming!

This has to be the tastiest gainer on the market . No bloating ,well priced , mixes easily in a shaker and has all the quality nutrients you need post workout . I do add Evogen creatine to it to make it complete . Arrived from US in 6 days . Well done again Bolo . I will definitely purchase again .
