They are so yummy and taste a lot like the original Nilla Wafers with almost the same texture too!

I grew up eating Nabisco's Nilla Wafers plain, with peanut butter, with whipped cream, or in southern Banana Pudding. I've probably eaten half a ton of these things in my lifetime. I became lactose intolerant in my 20s and it became a severe allergy in my 30s. So i've been searching for dairy-free option that will deliver the delicious nostalgic flavor and texture of that magnificent cookie.Kinniknnick gluten-free wafers are 85% of the way there to the level of flavor and quality of Nabisco's wafer. The main gap in comparability is the texture when both dry or in pudding. It's kind of crumbly texture wise when softened by pudding and a parched in the center when eaten plain. This may be because of the gluten free approach.Otherwise, it's a delicious cookie and given that it appears to be the best dairy free vanilla wafer option on market that is widely available, I'd definitely buy it again.

I have been on a gluten free diet for close to 8 years now. I finally gave up all hope for tasty junk food until I found this brand at a local supermarket I don’t normally go to just a few months ago. They carry this brand of gluten free MAPLE DONUTS. I couldn’t even remember the last time I had a donut at all. So I said okay, let’s give this a try. WOW. Those donuts led me to doing more research on this brand and I found those last night. Not even 24 hours later and they are delivered! I opened the Bolo pack with high hopes. It came with 2 smallish boxes. I cracked into the bag and the smell that hit me took me back to childhood. I took a bite and fell in love. My fiancé who doesn’t have any food allergies tasted one and he said they taste exactly like the real thing. Thank you Kinnikinnick!! And THANK YOU Bolo. if you have any second thoughts after ordering them, they will be wiped out of your mind the second you taste them!! Haven’t been disappointed my this brand of gluten free products yet!

I love these, they taste as good as regular vanilla wafers, slightly more crunchy than name brand vanilla wafers. Do quite well in banana pudding type recipes.
