It's been almost 2 weeks since they received my sample dna but nothing has been done. Call them on hold for 40mins and when somebody get to the line they transferred me again to the right extension and hold for 50 mins til the call dropped. In short till now no result no answer. I will call Bolo to get my money back for scamming. Total scam!

I can’t attest to the same feedback as the others. I can only assume they didn’t follow the directions . Which for the most part, is pretty simple. Swab the child mouth, swab the alleged father mouth. Place in their respective envelope. Then mail off in the prepaid envelope. Since it’s USPS, I would suggest taking directly to the Post Office. This isn’t something you want to get lost in the drop box and dropping off will get you a receipt of acceptance. You also will be able to track to the lab. Mind was sent in over a holiday weekend so took just a little more time but reasonable. Mailed out Thursday, got results back Monday. Provided Friday was a federal holiday. Results were easy to interpret and confidential.

Was super easy to do and results came in fast. I only wish it would show names on the test results. It’s labeled as “child” and “alleged father.”

Ordered feb25, received feb26/sent out with $3 worth of stamps to get to the US boarder, went usps (tracked), from there the results came in on march 11.

They also email you they receive them and give you the day your results should be ready. Everything is pretty clear to understand if you pay attention to the directions.
