The design of the roll holder does not allow for larger rolls (1000 sheets). The right side does not have a standard holder and so the roll tilts and stops feeding.

This installed and works as expected. I have the same complaint as others. If you use other brand towels you have to install a roll support on the right side or the roll falls down. Install a long larger size screw at the top right side roll support and the problem is solved.

Other reviewers mentioned the poor paper roll mounting. I think the design of the mount is close tonon-functional. I doubled checked I had the correct towels, which I do. Our solution, as a machine shop, was to machine some bobbins to properly mount and support the towel roll. Not such how it functions as delivered.

Not a universal fit
Product is good and decent price. Only issue is not fit for all size of commercial kitchen paper rolls.
