I am a medical student and I started taking these at night when I am winding down/stopping studying for the night and I notice a huge difference in how I feel and sleep. I feel so much more calm yet not sedated or drowsy. If I take them while studying I won't feel tired but I do feel calm which is a nice option to have if I feel like I need them. At first I didn't like the taste but now I associate them so positively that I look forward to eating them and have grown to really enjoy the flavor. They taste exactly like the description, a typical berry gummy. I take them every night and notice when I don't take them. I like to use them during the day sometimes just to take any stressor edge off and I can feel the difference after 20-30 min taking them. I personally think they are worth the price if it means keeping me calm, happy, and stress free. I think the bottle is cute too and easy to open.

Original review: Like another reviewer mine came with a melted ice pack and taste awful. I hope to send them back for a refund. It took a long for them to be shipped so I won’t bother trying to reorder.UPDATE: The manufacturer sent another package In response to my earlier review. They tasted OK, not sweet but good enough. And they worked. They worked well. So I tried the original package again and found they weren't bad. My first impression was mistaken, maybe something i ate prior to trying these and it affected how i tasted them. Whatever, I was pleased because they were definitely helping my mood.I recommended them to my husband, who suffers from the dark winter blues. He not only likes them, he takes them daily now. And he isn't one who easily takes anything. The gummy form works for him and they have really helped his SAD.We both liked the product so I reordered. This time there was no icepack, but I received the wrong product! Instead of the Goodbye Stress formula we received Kids Chillax. The latter has the same amount of L-Theanine but no GABA, less lemon balm, and instead a small dose of magnesium. But they CAN'T be returned. So, we both like this product but it seems we will have to find it locally. That won't be hard, just a hassle. But we should be allowed to return the wrong product in an unopened package. Oh well. At least we found a product we like.

It helped relieve my stress, I didn't have to take 2 each day like it said which was great. Some had a weird after taste but it was only like 3-5 out of the 2 packs.

When I first started taking these, I didn't feel less stressed but I noticed, specially after a few days, that it helped quiet my mind. I take them before bed, an hour or so, and it helps.My mind was always busy, even my dreams are at work during the most stressful times but these help shushing it so I can sleep better, and with more quality rest I also feel better.These taste good, are easy to chew and seem to be good quality. I recommend it and started a monthly subscription.

There was a huge sale on these so I ordered three bottles. i was so excited to have these ahead of the holidays. i also typically chew a few before any stressful event. works amazing. however the batches i received did not work at all. not sure if they were on sale bc they were a bad batch, but now im not confident in ordering them from this retailer. i will just have to pay full price at the drug store. sad about that. but those ones do exactly what the bottle says. these ones.. i took half a handful a few days in a row and felt no effect. good luck.

Takes 2 to use and works well for sleep. I would not personally use while driving as a good zone out. Tasty not sure how well digests as very yummy but does the calm. At first woke up with a "hangover" effect but no longer. Would buy again.

He pasado por un largo periodo problemático que me trajo bastante ansiedad. De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de 'no- overthink ' en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila.Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto.Si las recomiendo.

El sabor es medicinal pero yo si las disfruto, no esperen un caramelo pero tampoco tan espantoso como lo pintan en las reseñas, es como las gomitas de uva pero con un sabor amargo medicinal.Me han ayudado a dormir mejor y solo tengo unos pocos días tomandolas, si las recomiendo.
