The Minn Kota Terrova features an easy-to-deploy system of fallaway ramps that effortlessly slide the trolling motor into the water, plus a spring-loaded Lift-Assist design for easy stowing. Durably designed for all kinds of freshwater boats, this bow-mounted, electric-steer motor attaches to the front of the boat with a bolt-on bracket and pulls it through the water for better maneuverability and control. Using GPS lock onto fishing spots with Spot-Lock, record and retrace paths, command speed and steering, and more, the i-Pilot Link system allows you to control your motor from the color touchscreen remote or from a virtual remote on your Humminbird fish finder (sold separately). It also offers Spot-Lock with Jog to hold you in place on top of any productive fishing spot without touching your trolling motor. With the included heading sensor, you can use Jog to move your Spot-Lock location five feet in any direction. An integrated battery meter is built into the i-Pilot to give you an instant reading on the motor's battery life. The Terrova trolling motor combines an indestructible composite shaft with the swept-back flared blades of the Weedless Wedge 2 Prop to power through anything without battery-draining chopping and hacking. This Minn Kota Terrova has a 54-inch shaft length, features 55 pounds of thrust (12 volts), and includes a heading sensor, mounting hardware and cabling, and i-Pilot GPS system. Connect the Bluetooth-enabled i-Pilot to your Android or iOS device for a quick command of speed, steering, Spot-Lock, and AutoPilot.

Best upgrade ever! I had a Minn Kota All Terain 4p that I upgraded from and what a difference. The Terrova is much easier on the battery, super easy to deploy and stow, has no trouble in the wind, and autopilot and spot lock are absolute game changers.Honestly I was worried how I would do with out the foot control and there are some instances where it would be nice. However, the handheld controller is great as you can be anywhere in the boat and control the motor without having to worry about a cable or cord getting in your way.Also about spot lock, one of my first tests I took it out on a very windy day to test the motor. I have a jon boat, and not only did it keep me in the spot I wanted to fish but the motor lasted over 6 hours of constant use. I absolutely love the Terrova and have had no regrets besides not purchasing it sooner.

I put this on a Lowe 14ft jon boat with yamaha 25 4 stroke on back. Mounted with the bracket that allows easy removal. Watched a couple you tube videos and easy operation with remote. No more fighting the wind, just hit the spotlok button and fish. Plenty of power app on phone works also.wish I had a hummingbird but my Garmin does just fine. This was a major upgrade that I should have done way before. Fished 6 hours using spotlok and trolling motor and battery still had 11.7 volts at end of day.

My husband and I fish in fresh and saltwater and have owned several Minn Kota i-pilot trolling motors. We bought the Terrova for fishing in the freshwater lakes of Michigan. I personally love this motor as I am the one who lifts and deploys the motor generally. Thank God no more struggling! It deploys easily with the push of the peddle, and again just a push and the motor raises and lifts with two fingers. We are able to stay on the fish all day with the Terrova constantly correcting our position, even in choppy waters. It has great power for 55lb thrust. So pleased that we recommend it to all our fishing friends.

Terrova seems to work but with the lack of the heading sensor ( part 2996400 ) which was to come with the Terrova. IT is what the add said. Kart It has been of NO help. I could have bought for less, without sensor from Greens Marine. I have contacted Kart It and gotten the run around. Up to this point Bolo has been of little help. Well over 10 days to this point, Bolo says to give them 7 more days. I mounted the motor when it arrived ( called Bolo ) thinking I would get the senor in a few days. 3 stars for value because I did not get what I thought I was buying.

I just had to come here to gripe about the engineering snafu. I'm not sure who signed off on this, but they should be canned. Why are the terrible connectors 1/8 inch, my lithium battery has 1/4 inch screws. Now I have to Jerry rig this thing to make it work. Just really disappointed in the lack of thought here.
