Got my teeth professionally whitened with Zoom. 72 hours after avoiding coffee and eating an all white foods diet, my teeth returned back to yellow much to my complete despair. (Goodbye $350!) decided to buy these strips. I use them for a week, hour each, and got modest results, I’d say my teeth got 25% more white, which was GREAT but I decided to buy Opalescence 35% gel to get quicker/stronger results. Got GREAT results on my first syringe - decided to take it up a notch and put one of these crest white strips on top after the Opalescence to really try to increase the brightening effect… y’all.. the result where SHOCKING. My teeth were about 80% of the whiteness that my dentist got.Now that I’ve used up all of my Opalescence gel, when I want to touch up my teeth on sundays I use two crest strips but I instead back to back (2 in 2hrs instead of 1 for 1 hr) and it brings my teeth to a bright white and lifts away any dingy yellow stains.This product is good for someone who already has off-white teeth that needs a bit of brightening. But if you have super yellow teeth like I did, #1 don’t expect miracles - and don’t bother with this STUPID light - research shows light is only effective with HYDROGEN peroxide (this is carbomide peroxide) and further more, these lights increase the risk of increased teeth sensitivity and INCREASE the risk of oral cancer due to the harsh blue UV light on gums which are already being battered by peroxide (which in itself is already cancerous in nature) so just skip the light. And #2 if you’re going to use these, do yourself a favor use 2 at a time for MAX RESULTS. Even better if you use 1 after a Opalescence treatment. Try not to drink coffee or eat bright foods & spices (turmeric, paprika) no chocolate/berries for 1 day. Saliva seals the dental pores after carbomide peroxide whitening in 2 hours, but if your teeth aren’t 100% mineralized then it can take longer/prolong risk period of restaining.Lastly. STOP USING FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTE! I am certain this is what made my teeth yellow post whitening procedure. I Did research, turns out there’s tons of articles and research studies that prove fluoride in toothpaste YELLOWS TEETH from the inside out by oxidizing the dentin! CREST even admitted it!! Talk about selling a problem and selling the cure, BIG SIGH. After changing my toothpaste to nano-hydroxyapatite (a natural more effective, NON TOXIC alternative to fluoride toothpaste), I have no more sensitivity, teeth have gotten WHITER & parts of my enamel are LESS CLEAR!!!

I’m an ex-dental assistant so I don’t usually get too impressed by over the counter products. These work great and I’m only halfway thru the 10 days. The curing light definitely increases the whiteness! Would recommend these. Btw, they don’t whiten dental work.

Full disclaimer: I didn’t use all the strips regularly, but that’s mainly because I didn’t see much improvement along the way. My teeth are already pretty white, so maybe that’s why I didn’t notice a difference. It does give you a nice sense of cleanliness, like you just used a high-quality whitening toothpaste with a good electric toothbrush. Don’t expect miracles, but it's not disappointing either. Overall, decent product for maintaining whiteness, especially if your teeth are already bright!

I am very impressed with the Crest Strips/light kit. I am a serious coffee drinker. I drink at least a cup of coffee a day, usually two. Over time, my teeth have taken a darker than normal color. This happened three yrs ago and I spent $300 on a tooth whitening treatment at a local beauty spa. The light was used every fifteen minutes after painting my teeth with a white film...DONT WASTE ANY MORE MONEY..BUY THIS!!!

This product requires you to use it for 1 hour a day for 10 days. This was a TON of work for not a huge difference. You have to take an hour out of your day for 10 days to wear the strips, which don’t always stay on and are uncomfortable. With this much work, you’d think the difference would be night and day but it’s not. Also made my teeth super sensitive and I needed to buy sensodine.

Good but must be patient
It worked really well. My husband was in dire need of teeth whitening and it worked really well! I only used five strips and it whitened really well! I am reserving the remaining 5 strips after 6 months! I chose to split the whitening to twice a week because it did a great job on my teeth with only five strips. Just be careful because you will get teeth sensitivity for about 3 days after the whitening ... but it ahould be okay afterwards
the light is useless
I’ve been using teeth whitening strips from crest for the longest time, and it’s always worked so well. Although the light that comes with the strips is pretty useless, overall it’s a good product.
Better than expected
Very light and simple. Seen major results from 3 days use only. It makes the teeth a little more sensitive and had some spotting. Unclear for how long to keep light on as the device stops on its own every 3-5 minutes.
