I do believe that it has helped with hair loss and does help to keep my hair in better condition with less drying than some other shampoos I have used in the past. I buy more of the conditioners because I use more with each shampoo.

Product arrived with one bottle sliced open. Outer packaging was taped sloppily back together. I kept because only the one was damaged and I could salvage most of the product. I'll update my review after I've used it for a month or two. The smell is pretty awful, but if it makes my hair grow faster, I'll deal with it I guess....
