This is a quality product that I use to mail books. The boxes work great, and store easily. Highly recommended.

These are well-designed. I bought some from another manufacturer and the top and bottom flaps didn't even meet when you used the deepest scoring. These Tape-Logic ones have flaps that meet, even with the deepest scoring which, by the way, accommodates up to almost a 3" depth/thickness. Plus, the scorings allow for 5 different depths, whereas the other ones I bought only alow 2 different depths (and as I mentioned, the deeper depth is unusable because the flaps don't meet.)

I'm mainly posting this review because when I was deciding to get these, I read several negative reviews that complained about them not being as sturdy as they wanted/expected, or that they tore when bending on the perforated lines, or whatever. I decided to try them and they are *just* what I expected and just what I wanted for mailing record albums! Got them today and packaged up my first record order with one, and was very happy with their thickness & their quality! Will definitely order again when needed.

I've been purchasing these 24" x 18" x 2" mailers for several years and have used over 2,000 of them from TapeLogic. I've seen the quality continue to decline to the point where these mailers are so flimsy and thin they are useless. To add insult to injury, they no longer measure 24" in length with this latest batch coming in at 23 1/2". You say it's only a 1/2" inch but that's not what they are advertised to be and if you need 24" it's a problem. They have have cut quality and raised the price to the point I'm going to have to go to the dreaded Uline for this mailer. At least I know I'm getting a better box even if it's at an inflated price.
