5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Coffee Carafe for Hosting – Stylish and Functional!
This coffee carafe is a game-changer for hosting! I've used it at several baby and bridal shower brunches, as well as for Christmas morning breakfast. It’s super easy to use and clean, and it keeps coffee hot for hours, so I don’t have to worry about constant refills. Plus, the large capacity is perfect for serving a crowd. I also love its sleek, modern design - both functional and stylish!
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy, clean, safe and keeps drinks hot!
I bought two of these drink dispensers for a community tea party where the lack of electricity made dispensing hot drinks awkward and somewhat dangerous. The pumps worked perfectly and after preheating the pots with hot water they retained the heat. There was no dripping of boiling water. There were no long extension cords for people to trip over. The appearance was clean and uncluttered.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
Holds heat for a long time. Easy to use. Easy to clean.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great product until it got knocked off the counter
We bought this to put Hot Chocolate out for our delivery drivers who drop off packages during Christmas time. Overall the Thermos was delivered on time, easy to use and setup, and most importantly in 10 degree cold days kept the hot chocolate hot for 5 hours. We were happily surprised. Overall good product!! The only downside is the dispenser was knocked off the TV tray it was sitting on (about 2' high) and it busted one of the locking tabs. The tabs ensure a good seal between the top portion and bottom portion of the dispenser. Unfortunately with one tab broke it makes this somewhat unusable and not able to pump liquid :( Was great when it lasted, and the delivery drivers really liked it during the cold days!
5.0 out of 5 stars Worked perfectly for our holiday events
I bought this to use for a holiday cocoa bar this year and we used it several times. It worked perfectly, kept the cocoa hot and was easy for the kids to use.
5.0 out of 5 stars Updated Review: Great heat retention and customer support
Initially this stainless steel lined airpot was unable to keep fluid warm for more than 3 hours. Its lid and body cover felt hot indicating heat loss, likely due to a defect. Therefore, we were reusing another old glass-lined airpot, which can reliably keep hot water for over a day. It would be a shame to throw away this Cresimo airpot due to poor heat retention.Upon contacting Cresimo customer support, their response was quick and effective. It turns out their airpot products are indeed effective in heat retention. I would no longer rule out a stainless steel-lined airpot in favor of the a glass-lined airpot. Kudos to Cresimo customer support. I would recommend their products to anyone looking for a airpot that is safe and sturdy with good heat retention capability.
1.0 out of 5 stars I so wanted to love these...
For reference, I have owned and run a small town coffee shop in SWFL since 2007-I buy products and equipment to use as advertised-in a professional capacity-not as a novelty item to 1-up my neighbors at the next HOA meeting I happen to host.I gave these a try after being fed up with paying $50-$70 dollars for BUNN airpots...I had used BUNN or Fetco for years-and they had always been reliable, durable, and overall worth the cost...but then the last two-three times I had ordered some to have as extras/back-ups/spares-at least one arrived damaged straight out of the box. The thing was-because they were not immediately needed-they were not opened immediately, and tested (something I now try to make sure I do with any kind of thermos I buy). They were stored high on a shelf in the stock room-until needed-only to find out then-when needed- that it was not working-and you guessed it-I was outside the return window. That was it-out $50-$70 for something that couldn't fulfill it's one function-So I spent hours going through reviews of various airpot types, styles, sizes, etc...nothing seemed to be comparable to what I was used to getting from fetco or bunn...and then I found these from Cresimo. This was the first air-pot that I had run across that the specs matched the needs and the reviews-while mixed as they almost always are-gave me enough confidence to try them.I was a little hesitant when it arrived-noticeably more lightweight straight out of the box-and while the top was more light weight and was noticeably more cheaply made (after all these cost 1/2 the price of the ones I was replacing for rampant defects)-the internal components seemed solid; from the stainless steel, to the plastic nozzle on the siphon, the rubber seats and seals-everything seemed great. When I tested the new pot I got even more excited-I put water into it that was at the same temp as I would be putting coffee-should this thing pass the test-and not one, but two days later-the thing was still hot enough to be producing steam when I lifted the lever and pumped some of the water into a cup. - We have a winner! My search has paid off. - I ordered 3 more. One of them had to be replaced straight out of the box...not happy about it-but it happens. Return and replacement was easy and quick-I can work with that.Fast forward to barely more than half a year later-I have had to return or trash several of these-either I ordered more back-ups and couldn't test them immediately (they got stored and testing fell to the back burner) only to find out later on more than one occasion that my 'back-up(s)' was/were defective...with out any cause that I was aware of-one would turn hot to the touch when filled-so the pot is radiating heat/not holding heat...not good for coffee service. Finally had a brief spell where I wasn't replacing one for not holding its temperature only to have the little plastic arm that works as a piston on the air-bladder inside the pump head snap-on two different lids, at two different times-within two weeks of each other-and in the middle of morning rushes no less...the last one was last week, and within that week another one of those that had seemed to be holding it's all (temperature wise)-is now not holding its temperature. If they were expected to be 1-3 use items, I would expect this-but I would also expect to pay no more than $5-10 for them...at $35 a piece-if these ARE in fact supposed/expected to be used in a commercial setting at all-they should be able to last a good year or two with the occasional bump against the counter when being carried the 20 ft from the kitchen to the coffee maker-which in my case is about as far as they go/travel. I have designated pots for my storefront, and others that get used for catering jobs...and the ones traveling approximately 40 ft are as frequently if not more frequently than the ones that get loaded, jostled, and carted around on catering gigs. I have not had one complete flask/siphon/lever-handled lid survive more than three months-with most surviving far less time than that. The first time I ordered one of these was July of 2021-it is now 2nd week of February-2022...and I use 4 airpots each day, then 6 -and now 7-days a week in my small business-and occasionally an extra one or two when I pick up a catering gig. So I normally have between 5 and 7 of these on hand-and feel like I have been retiring one to the trash heap or returning one every time I turn around. As I said at the beginning of this long-winded tirade/epistle-were this something I used only on occasion-it might very well be a great product. But in a busy cafe/food business such as mine-it simply hasn't been able to hold up.
5.0 out of 5 stars Keeps liquids hot
I've used this carafe several times now, for parties, and it's easy to use, and keeps the coffee hot for hours. It holds a pot and a half(approx 18 cups). It's also easy to clean. I'm very happy with the performance of this item.
High quality product
There are many of these products out there, but I think I lucked onto the best supplier available. The Carafes are exactly as described, and keep our coffee hot for hours. The dispenser is easy to use, even for a group of seniors. They clean quite easily, and everyone says they are just what our seniors group has always needed. I have had some conversations with the Customer Service end of the supplier, and their promptness, friendliness, and satisfaction is the best I have seen in some time. You won't go wrong ordering this coffee air-pot carafe.

Keeps coffee hot. Excellent for a larger crowd!
Straight-forward use and cleaning. Great Value
Great value here-- we had ordered a different airpot/caraffe which broke before the first use. This one is great! Easy to use, take apart/clean, and kept the water hot even overnight. Definitely worth the little extra. Cannot comment on longevity since we have only had it a short while.
Thermo
Muy práctico y mantiene caliente tu bebida ! Buen precio !
Keeps water hot and easy to dispense
I previously had a different make of push-down style airpot/pump flask which was quite hard to push down. The reason for replacing that one was that after 7-8 months of daily use, it lost its vacuum and the water didn't stay hot. This flask is stylish and the pump leaver makes it very easy to dispense water. You can choose to keep the leaver up or down between dispensing water. I prefer to leave it up, ready to use. When the flask is full, a mug will take one or one and a little bit of pumps to fill a standard 250ml mug. As the water level gets lower, it does take more pumps. Towards the end, it takes 4-5 pumps, but that's to be expected with any pump flask. It keeps water hot for at least 12 hours. Probably longer, but I've used all the water within that time. I drink plain hot water or black tea, and for at least 6-7 hours it's too hot to drink the water straight from the flask. After that, it does lose a little heat, but that is because there is less water in the flask. If it was left full, it would keep the temperature longer. Even so, it's still hot enough to make a hot drink, but more the temperature is similar to if you added cold milk to the drink.I often see people complaining on flask reviews (all flasks) about water not being hot enough to make tea. Kettles boil at 100C. Black tea should be made with water at 90-98C but white and green teas between 70-85C, so you don't need the water to be kept at boiling if you're making tea.I'm very happy with this flask and hope it lasts longer than my previous (different make) flask. I shall update this review if anything changes.
