Perfect! I already bought more! As a college student I was always walking everywhere and standing at football games so my feet were hurting. This gave so much pain relief and honestly just helped my feet. They usually last me 3-4 months before I decide to replace it for my comfort level but that’s because I would stand and walk for hours. It’s not super thick but works amazingly. I don’t feel lopsided or anything in my shoe so I love that. Great quality! Buying more soon!

A little harder to put in the shoes, since these are kinda flimsy and I’m used to harder orthotics. Bought them for my kid. Works great in her tennis shoes. Give her the extra support she needed!

I bought a pair of leather Adidas Sambas. But let’s face it, these are cute but have zero arch support. I bought these insoles to replace the ones inside the shoe. I am so glad I did. My Sambas are now my most comfortable shoe and favorite pair! It’s all because of these inserts. Who knew such a little change could have such a big impact. I love these so much that I am thinking about buying another pair of Sambas in a different color! And of course, I will be buying these inserts again. I did have to trim, but it was super easy to do and took seconds!

Really, there is nothing ever bad to say bad about the Dr. Scholl's shoe inserts. No matter which style you buy, they are worth their weight in gold. They protect the original lining of your shoes so that helps tremendously in keeping the foot odor away, especially if you use the inserts the first time, and each and every time you wear the shoes.So comfortable and you can switch them around to different shoes if you only have one pair of the inserts. There are many different styles to help whatever ails your poor feet. They are easy to fit to your shoe with a pair of scissors to trim to your shoe.I just had 3 pairs delivered this morning by Bolo, one for each pair of my new shoes. Color me excited!

These are thin: I can't feel any gel, any thickness, any energizing: very thin: Not worth $13....I am returning product.

Beware of sizing when cutting!
Very comfortable. However, as they came from the US (didn’t know this when ordering), the sizes on the insoles must be US sizes. I followed the size guide when cutting, but they are now two sizes too small.
