This speaker is fantastic for the price! The size is perfect for easy transport, and the battery life is great, it lasts a long time and charges quickly. The sound quality is very great for the speaker size and price, and it’s perfect for family use or background music. It’s also easy to pair with multiple devices and reconnects quickly. A great value overall! We've have it for over a year and it still works perfectly!

This speaker is small but very powerful. Ideal for taking it anywhere. I also like that we can pair it with our Samsung and LG TVs to pull sound closer to us. It's like having surround sound just around you without making too loud for others that aren't watching with you. This was 2nd speaker bought because the 1st one was stolen. I had liked it so much that I just got another one. It's sturdy, easy to use, versatile and elegant color.

4.0 out of 5 stars Anker Soundcore 2 12 Watts - Good sound for an affordable price
This review is for the Anker Soundcore 2 Bluetooth speaker with 12 Watts of power. At around $30 this speaker is a bargain, but for $40 it is worth looking at other speakers and maybe spending a little more. The sound is very good, but slightly tinny if you increase the volume a lot. The bass is loud enough but you won't feel it like with a larger speaker. The highs are present but I thought the mid-range was a little bit weak.There isn't much distortion at mid-volume, but at the maximum volume there is a noticeable tinny sound and hollowness from the enclosure. Keep the volume low enough to avoid the minor flaws and you will still have plenty of bass for the music to sound good. Headphones will probably sound better than this speaker unless the headphones are really cheap.The speaker is a little smaller than I expected, but it provides impressive sound for the size. As small speakers go, this is surprisingly good considering the low price. If you want an inexpensive, small speaker don't hesitate to buy this one. I didn't test the moisture resistance but it has a rubberized body with no gaps or cutouts for the buttons on top. The USB ports are covered with a panel to keep out splashes. The front is a metal perforated grille, so I don't know how well it resists water splashes on the front.If you want really great sound, or bass that fills a small room, this speaker probably won't make you happy. I got it because it was an inexpensive, decent, portable speaker. For a lot of people this speaker will be good enough for casual listening. I'm using it when I don't want to use headphones with my phone or MP3 player.

I bought this speaker to use while hanging out outdoors on my back patio and in my backyard. I wanted something that was waterproof and that had decent, good sound. Well, this little powerhouse DEFINITELY checks those boxes! While I haven’t immersed the speaker completely in water (like in a pool), it did survive, and continue to perform flawlessly, while directly under a constant stream (or gush) of water from my garden hose (when I was testing it’s water readiness right after I got it), and it’s survived more downpours of rain than I can count. And the sound on it is great! The sound is clear and [can be] loud (if you want it to be), even when playing bass heavy songs. The battery life on it is also great! I use/play it A LOT over the spring, summer, and fall seasons, including for long periods of time each time I use it, and I’ve only had to charge it a few times. I’ve never had problems connecting the speaker via Bluetooth to my cell phone [iPhone], nor either of my laptops [Windows & a Mac]. And while the Bluetooth range on this speaker states 66 ft., I’ve been able to successfully connect the speaker [via Bluetooth] to my iPhone at a range of 80 ft. with no issues at all whatsoever. After having this speaker for a few months and absolutely loving it, and wanting a similar speaker to keep in my garage for when I am doing stuff out in my garage and in my front yard, I didn’t even think twice about getting another Anker branded speaker. I decided to “live life on the edge (LOL),” and so I decided to get a different model of Anker speaker, a “fancier” speaker, with more features, etc., and so of course this Anker speaker was a little more expensive than this Soundcore 2 speaker, and whoa! Boy, how I regret that choice of mine [getting another model of Anker Bluetooth speaker, an Anker speaker OTHER THAN this one, other than this Soundcore 2]! That [other] Anker portable Bluetooth speaker, the Flare 2 model, is HORRIBLE! It’s absolute junk!Even though that model of speaker [Anker Flare 2] has more features than this speaker [Anker Soundcore], and thus costs more than this [more than this Soundcore], it can’t even perform the most basic of functions (doesn’t stay connected to Bluetooth source, no battery life, etc.), let alone perform the most basic of speaker functions (ie. has a decent quality sound) well! I even had the Flare 2 speaker replaced by Anker under it’s manufacturer’s warranty, and I still had the exact same issues (minus the Bluetooth connectivity issue) with the replacement speaker that I received as I did with the original Anker Flare 2 speaker that I purchased!So if you’re deciding between this Anker speaker, the Soundcore, and another similar Anker speaker (say the Anker Flare 2 speaker), I think that you’d be pleasantly surprised and pleased with the Anker Soundcore speaker, just like I was, and that you won’t regret your choice.

This is my second Soundcore, the first having to be replaced because somehow I mangled the male-female socket so could not recharge the first which I had for several years. I bought the second one and one for someone else. Great sound, hard to believe it comes out of such a compact item. It has warning light when you are approaching the need to recharge, so that you aren't surprised when in the middle of your workout one's music stops. Blue tooth works fine. I like Anker quality, so I recently bought their surge protectors too.

Great sound, great battery life and very easy to use. I have 5 Anker Soundcore speakers and I love them all. All are great and excellent for home or exterior use.
Great speaker for a great price
Speaker works great and has good base and volume control especially considering the low price tag. The bluetooth connection is fairly quick (not the quickest ever but serviceable) and the pause/play button also has functionality to change songs with multiple taps which is a nice bonus feature. Overall for the price you get, this is a hard product to beat. Not intended for larger parties or wide open spaces but for at home or camping/vacationing this would be your best friend!

Um som como dos auto-falantes de um micro system, muito forte e potente, vibra ao elevar o volume mas não ocorre distorção do som. Pezinhos e corpo emborrachados... uma graça de produto para curtir muita música ! Recebi o produto um mês antes da data prevista.
