I’m young and disabled, so it’s always a whole ordeal and a pain to get in and out of the passenger seat all the time for appointments and such. I feel supported by it and I got up and out so quickly my husband was surprised! We both recommend this product! We got one for my mother-in-law as well, we both suffer from chronic illnesses. This gadget is a lifesaver. And I’m so glad I found it in purple instead these rugged black or red ones haha

A great little device for anyone who needs assistance with transferring in and out of the car, allowing the user to push up against the handle to steady themselves while standing. It isn't perfectly stable and does shake a little, but as long as you're careful and mindful of your hand positioning it does a great job at assisting with transfers for those who need it.

whenever we take my mother with in our vehicles of late i have to get out and help her out of the car due to her age and health situation. i saw this device and due to its low cost thought it couldn't hurt to try.the handle is made from very sturdy stuff, solid steel with a nice comfortable handle. it fits both our vehicles just fine. it is simple for my mom to reach over and put this in the door frame and lift her self out of the car without having to rely on us to do the lifting, at least for now.this handle gives her just a little bit more freedom than she had before. at this point in her life the more she can do on her own without help benefits her mental health for lack of a better way to say it. i'm more than glad to get her out of our vehicles without a doubt but again as we all age the longer we can do things on our own the better.this handle design is fantastic and i couldn't be happier with it and the results!

I got this for my elderly mom to use but because it felt too unstable prior to putting your weight on it, she couldn’t confidently use it. I’m sure it’s safe when properly placed and used but she couldn’t do it. It’s loose until you actually put weight on it. Anyways not great for a very old person who is struggling with strength and confidence.

This is an amazing product. Sturdy and well-made. So helpful for my aging mom getting both in and out of the vehicle. Definitely would order this again. If you’re unsure, make check your vehicle to make sure this will fit your type of door locking/latching before ordering.

Mi madre de 83 años tiene osteoporosis y tenemos que cuidar su espalda. Al ingresar al auto se dejaba caer al asiento ya que no tenía un soporte adecuado para sostenerse. Este pequeño utensilio le ayuda a subir y bajar con mayor ligereza, lo cual le aumenta calidad de vida pero principalmente seguridad. Lo recomiendo.

Works brilliantly
My beloved partner struggles with back problems, and getting in and out of my Golf was a challenge for her. So I bought one of these for her. It drops into the door lock thingy just as the instructions say and makes it so much easier for her. I liked it so much I bought a second one for her car. And then a third one when she gave away the second one to a friend of hers who was suffering similarly.It's a solid chunk of metal, so no worries about durability, and has fitted all of the cars we've tried it on. Recommended!
