Compared to other merengue powder that I've seen, this is one of the best prices for the amount. Works very well, I used it for Mexican Sugar Skulls. So in case you were wondering, this is the right stuff! I also used it to make Royal Icing, and the consistency and texture of both were great. Tastes delicious.

The lemon curd mix is easy to make, and tastes amazing!!! The texture is smooth, and perfect as a topping for smoothie bowls. The consistency is thick, but still a little runny.

The quality of the product itself is great. The meringue powder works wonders for icing, baked treats, etc. The only issues I have is with the packaging, the powder was in the seal and above the zip lock part of the bag. And the bag broke when I first opened it unfortunately. I'm not sure if I just got a bad bag or if they're all like this. I transfered it to a different container to retain freshness. Everything else about the product is great though.

This is meringue powder mixed with sugar. My own fault for not researching better, but the instructions on the bag were not clear for Royal icing, so I added all ingredients together. After 15 minutes in the kitchen aid, still not quite Royal icing consistency
