This is a great value for the price. For one scoop, it's 25g of protein, plus 8g of protein from one cup of milk. It ends up being 33g of protein in total with one scoop and one cup of milk, making the 11 servings into 22 with one scoop. It came perfectly sealed and filled; the taste isn't bad with milk, but its consistency isn't the best, and the quality seems high.

Taste good if ya add a little chocolate ice cream and 1% milk. If you don't mix it well, it's like it separates and floats to the top. This is why I decided to add a couple of things to it. I even tried my blender but still couldn't mix it enough. It really depends on what you use. Once it's just right it tastes pretty good.

This is a great product. I drop a scoop in about 8 ounces of skim milk with a squirt of sugar free chocolate syrup from Walmart. High protein content and other essentials. Really good!!

Has a strange taste. Pretty weak strawberry flavor with an odd bitterness to it. Mixes up very thick which I like because feels more filling. Very good nutritional stats but I'll be sticking to Animal balanced meal
