The flies really work well at attracting finicky trout, however, the wings are extremely brittle and break off easily! Without the wings, they are just an average fly.

I’ve tied my own flies for a few years not, so I bought these last season to see if they worked. They definitely look cool, but they are basically a conversation piece in my fly box. I used them a few times, but never got a fish to even look at them, I’ll try them again next season and see what happens.
