I have bought this a couple of times now. Its very easy on the stomach. I can even take it on a empty stomach without any issues. I have taken other brands that make me very sick even taken with food. I was impressed they use the methyl version of B12 which is easier for the body to use. Providing the source of each vitamin shows they genuinely care about providing a product thats of high quality, safety, and transparency.

I’ve recently been diagnosed for Osteoporosis and I’ve learned that just taking Calcium doesn’t do enough. You have to make sure the calcium is being absorbed. I bought these vitamins for my 16 year old son who has ADHD and takes a lot of Honors classes because he tends to skip meals/not eat a balanced diet.Normally, no matter what vitamin I buy, he takes it "once in awhile" rendering them useless bc he just can't be bothered to take any pills or meds.But this vitamin is different. I only buy high quality vitamins with highly absorbable ingredients in necessary doses.This vitamins covers all the bases that cheaper multis that claim "1,000%" of every nutrient fail. I told my son to take note of whether or not they made him nauseous or have to pee...and the color of his urine (as cheap vitamins are peed right out & can't be absorbed).He had no negative effects. No increased urine production, vitamin odor nor color, and no stomach issues.Even more...he takes them daily!! I asked him why he can't remember these and not others and he told me: "I missed a dose one day and REALLY felt like crap."That's how my MUCH more expensive Ritual Women's vitamins make me feel if I miss them, so I knew these were awesome vitamins if my laissez-faire teen son noticed a difference on days he forgot them.Both mentally & physically these improved his health, concentration, mood, & overall energy levels!Pills are normal capsules with mild, natural odor. Much smaller than a standard multi with no weird coating. They keep well, too. No need for fridge.I'd highly recommend for anyone teen - adult who needs the added boost to their health ⚡ !Highly recommend - Mom stamp of approval for teens! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been buying this product for a while now. I noticed that the quality of the packaging has deteriorated significantly. I thought it was a fake when i saw the packing compared to the previous ones I had.

This is the best supplement I have taken in 15 years of searching for the perfect multi. It contains vitamins and minerals in their best forms, extracted from fruit and vegetables. The doses are very safe and effective, and would help to prevent any nutritional deficiencies in your diet. For me, it’s a small price to pay for the health benefits you recieve, and at a very good price for what it is.You will see other vitamin brands can be cheaper on this site, but this is because they use cheaper ingredients that are both synthetic, and not as absorbable. Your body deserves the very best so don’t go for the cheap option.I will say however, I take a separate vitamin D3 supplement at a high dose in the winter months. Vitamin D deficiency is more common than you think. I take a dose of 5000iu alongside this. I also take a quality fish oil supplement. Something I believe most people should look into.I won’t hesitate to purchase this product again. I hope this helps.
Simply the Best ..
I started taking this multivitamin after looking for something better than the normal branded multivitamin that i usually buy each month. I was looking at a more 'Natural' multivitamin and this came on top time and time again from other reviews, it was praised for the high quality ingredients and a family member said he noticed a huge difference in his health and well-being. After using Naturelo One Daily i can honestly say i understand what he is talking about as i feel more alert, i have more energy and i have found i don't need a mid afternoon nap anymore.One of the things that i noticed was the levels of vitamins and minerals in it compared to the mega amounts found in most multivitamins these days. I never gave this much thought until I started looking into it, and realized that the reason there are such huge amounts in other multivitamins is because they aren't well absorbed, and therefore a lot has to be included. There is such a thing as getting too much of a good thing, and getting too much of your vitamins and minerals from your multivitamin instead of your food is hard of your body, this is the information i kept finding on the internet time and time again. The difference with this multivitamin is that they use the best possible ingredients available for example Folate (as Quarefolic), Methylcobalamin as B12, along with natural Vitamin C (Organic Acerola Cherries) and natural Magnesium.One of the other things I noticed about this multivitamin is that it also contains a Organic Fruit and Vegetable Blend which is very rare in a Once Daily Multi. I am a firm believer that you are what you eat and i will continue using Naturelo for this reason, I only want to consume natural things that have not been modified in labs, just read other reviews of this fantastic product. For what you get in this product verses the cost it is a absolute bargain.I have also been very impressed with the Naturelo company, they are very helpful in any advice or questions you may have and answer them on a very prompt basis. I am very pleased i found this product and will be buying more from then shortly.
