Gorilla Tape has taken duct tape to a new level. This double thick adhesive tape surpasses ordinary duct tapes, making the list of uses virtually endless. Made with double thick adhesive, strong reinforced backing, and a tough all-weather shell, it’s the biggest, strongest, toughest thing ever to happen to duct tape. Gorilla Tape is manufactured with a highly concentrated rubber based adhesive – two to three times as thick as traditional duct tape. The result is a tape that fills gaps and penetrates rough surfaces. It sticks to rough and uneven surfaces, including wood, stone, stucco and brick, that ordinary duct tapes can't hold. To us, it’s made the way tape should be: The Toughest on Planet Earth. Directions: Use like any other tape. Tear Gorilla Tape by hand or cut to size with a knife or scissors. It is important to clean the surface and brush off any loose particles and dirt before applying Gorilla Tape. Apply the tape carefully, smoothing out any pockets or rolls. That’s it. Enjoy the strength and durability of Gorilla Tape! To retain adhesive quality, store Gorilla Tape in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Try storing the tape vertically (rather than laying flat), on a hook or on wax paper. If you have multiple rolls, keep your excess supply wrapped until they’re needed. Gorilla Tape works best at temperatures above 32°F (0°C). For best results, always apply the tape at room temperature. If Gorilla Tape freezes, it will work just fine once it returns to room temperature. Gorilla Tape can be removed, but with some difficulty and it may leave some residue. To remove any excess residue, we recommend using the tape itself as a blotter. Gorilla Tape should not be used as an electrical tape. We’ve found that Gorilla Tape will last a lot longer than regular duct tapes when it comes in contact with moisture. THIS is what duct tape should be. Strong, good adhesive, stays where it is needed, and does NOT fall off on its own. It took me a Long time to find a great quality duct tape and this is definitely it. I need scissors to cut a piece off, but that is not because of the tape. I have already ordered two more rolls. I do not EVER want to be without this great tape. Thank You Gorilla Company for such a great product.

This is the best duck tape I’ve ever used. It is tough, really sticks to most surfaces well and withstands the weather. I have used this for several years to secure tarps over wall fans on our warehouse.

I like gorilla tape more than duck (or duct) tape. It seems to stick better. I wasn't happy about the delivery. Since there is nowhere to enter use side entrance while placing the order I found it best to order a sign (sold by Bolo) to attach to the outside of the house stating to deliver to side entrance. It was ignored by the delivery guy. Two days ago the delivery guy took a picture of the package with said sign in the background. Maybe I should get a billboard. Again, the gorilla tape is great and the price wasn't that bad.

We chose Gorilla tape because it has the 2x thickness adhesive layer!And let me tell you! this stuff sticks great!We use it to reinforce our RC car bodies. There are a lot of methods for doing this online includingshoegoo and drywall tape or drywall tape and spray on bedliner.But this has been better and easier for us.When you get done, the shell feels 3 or 4 times thicker than without it. And thats with one layer. We overlap like a half inch or less (sometimes more) to keep it all connected.It just feels so much better! It provides so much piece of mind it's crazy!My wife loves the way the shells feel after we put this duct tape on it compared the other methods.1x roll allowed us to reinforce 1x Rustler 2wd Vxl shell, 1x Maxx V1 Shell and 2x Xmaxx Shells!That would be like 8 regular 1/10 shells for only $12 bucks. You can't beat it!It can be tricky to put tape in some of the spots, so we use an exato knife and then put more tape in those spots.In the future, I'm thinking about buying Gorrilla hot glue, filling the tite grooves and hard to get to spots and then putting the tape down!Rc shells are not cheap for bigger vehicles like the Xmaxx ($120), Even when we get used Rc cars, I reinforce the shells. So even if the shell is already damaged I still do it to get more life out it. And for the price it just makes since.One thing that I found odd when looking at different tapes, was a rating for being easy to take off.I don't want it to be easy to take off, being difficult to come off is the whole point!From my experience applying this to lexan is that once it gets a good adhesion it sticks very well.It's not impossible to come off but does require a little bit of elbow grease.I haven't had any issues using this method as of yet, however I haven't been using it for a very long time either so it's only fair to say that this is experimental. I needed another roll of good tape and I found what I thought was going to be a great roll because it's a major brand of tools that start with the letter D but I was really disappointed in that roll as it just wouldn't stick and hold so I went back to the real Gorilla tape and wow does it ever work great. I learned a lesson that cost way to much.
Sticks To Almost ANYTHING
This came in a two pack, for a great price, not much more than one at our local hardware. It has repaired everything I have tried it with. Gorilla tape is very strong. I will definitely replace it with another roll, or 2 if on sale like last time. A must have around the house.

We needed a good quality tape to secure rubber floor mats for dog training. That is why I rated the "easy to remove" low. I don't want it to come off.
