The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the upper tray tends to slide on the lower tray and you have to be careful when taking it out of the oven. However, have used it for air frying fries and chicken, and it works great! Cleans up easily.

I acquired all 3 sizes to fit the different meal sizes I work with. First off, it's beautiful with the copper color and extra smooth finish, and aesthetically it just makes it feel better to use than all the other trays I have used. The first thing I tried to make is Bacon. I used the largest basket 16.5 X 12.5 but it was too short to cover the standard bacon package of up to 11 pieces. This package had only 9 pieces and I had to squeeze each piece up to make it all fit. The edges were touching which is a no-no as the pieces will cook together at the edges and be difficult to separate at the end of the cooking cycle. The flat tray with no basket I normally use is considerably longer and can accommodate a full package of eleven. The basket width is a little short also as the bacon strips are typically 13" long. The cooking went great! I got the recipe online at the Gotham Steel website to give their product a fair shot. Simple enough, 400 degrees for Oven bake at 15 to 18 minutes. PERFECT! All the other recipes I have ever tried using all different oven temperatures and cooking times have never worked out well as stated but this one was right on! Cleanup is a breeze as advertised with just a quick wash with soap and water! The only con I have is a safety one in that there is no easy and safe way to grab both the basket and tray together for removing from the hot oven. It's a little scary as there is nothing solid to grab onto to confidently hold them together. You have to be extremely careful not to squeeze too hard or you can literally flip the basket right out of the tray onto yourself. There should be some kind of mechanism to lock them together. Other than that, a GREAT PRODUCT!

I LOVE this pan. It’s just the right size for smaller portions as opposed to the huge one that came with our oven (air fryer). Super easy to clean, yes, it really is non-stick and store. Perfect size and very durable as well!

Large for single use, but when the grandkids invade, it's perfect and i'm tempted to buy a second one. Easy to clean and it works well, giving us nice air circulation. I've been looking for an air fryer basket that is more elevated to improve air flow, but this is about as "tall" as i've seen. A bit taller and it would be perfect, but i'm still happy.

Our daughter purchased this for my husband because he loves cooking fries in the oven. It definitely helps to not be so greasy and gives them the perfect crisp. Also, I use it when cooking homemade hamburgers, works perfectly!

Was very excited the first use- cleaned up just as they claimed! But with each use since the basket is more difficult to clean; the bottom tray is losing its coating- strangely enough not on the side in which food/oil falls but on the underneath side. The coating is coming off; I have not used harsh cleaners or scrubbing, only dawn dish soap; it’s been two months and already looking like it’s been a year of daily use- disappointing; size is good; guess for the price they expect you to buy every few months.

Had a couple of other Gotham Steel items (frying pans) and knew the non-stick factor would be of excellent quality. What surprized me is how many things are now so much easier to cook in the oven. Because you are putting your food in the basket, you need never TURN your item over to get even and consistent cooking.
