I just wanted to start off with this because reading people write that they are disappointed in this after a few uses is really frustrating. The real solution to healthy skin actually starts from within, STOP expecting companies tools to magically fix your problems. Rating them a 0 because your collagen production isn't up to par to the way that is used to be or even because your acne hasn't cleared as quickly as desired is silly.I went to school for esthetics and know that normally good HF machine is hundreds and hundreds of dollars which is why the moment I saw this, I immediately purchased it.Certain things you should know before you purchase this ( or have it ). Normally, you aren't supposed to feel anything ( it even says that in the instructions ). You hear the probe working but again, you are not really supposed to feel anything. If you do feel a zap, it's not going to kill you, you just put it up way too high ( also says that in the instructions). ALSO WHEN USING THE PROBE THERE IS A SCENT THAT COMES WITH IT, NO THE MACHINE IS NOT FAULTY, NO YOUR HAIRS ARE NOT BURNING, IT IS THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO SMELL. Also, the glass IS THIN AND SENSITIVE, DON'T GRAB IT HARD OR ELSE IT WILL BREAK. Always grab the probe by the body and pull straight up. Don't grab it by the head and wiggle it because it will break.This is my favorite way to kill all the bacteria underneath my skin, help with my dark circles ( I will write how I do that below ) and keep my skin nice and healthy.Anyways....NuDerma, I am sorry you had some people use this the wrong way and maybe lost some customers due to ratings. I think this product is incredible, very high quality and you will forever have a loyal customer.----- If you are still reading and are curious how this helps my dark circles, I use the thin prob and circle it counterclockwise AROUND my eyes as it stimulates the blood flow. Do not put this on your eyelid ( not sure why you would ) circle it right below the eyebrow and below your eye.

I haven’t had any of the problems with items breaking, I am super careful when I handle the glass attachments! The main thing I want to say is this works FAST. I’ve only used it 3 times (every other day) and already you can see my age/sun spots fading (I’m 32 and used to use a tanning bed a lot). What you can’t see in this photos is that my skin is also bouncier and springier. I apply a serum with one hand while using the wand with another and move the serum around until it’s soaked in. The serum is under $10 (water based marine hyalauronics from The Ordinary). Also, my under eyes are less puffy and there is a patch of redness on my left cheek that has bothered me for years, no help from any dermatologist, and it’s gone. I love this thing!

Hace varios meses que recibi el producto, llego en buen estado y ha funcionado muy bien, sus varitas no se ha roto, y tampoco se ha soltado el metal que tiene las varitas, pero tambien se debe tener en cuenta, que tengo cuidado de no ejercer mucha fuerza al colocar y quitar las varitas. Tambien de limpiarlas cada vez que las utilizo con alcohol.

I was loving this product at first, noticed subtle differences in skin. Have used for 5 months now but today the tip of the mushroom tube came off inside the wand😩 I returned to the Bolo reviews to see that unfortunately this is more common than I expected. I tried to go to the seller page for customer service, its not listed there but it is included in the info packet inside the box (just in case anyone else needs it, support@puredailycare.com). Now I’m just waiting to see if they provide assistance…Update: Assistance provided by Pure Daily. They replied to my initial email within 24 hours. I provided pictures and a video (video was requested by customer service). The wand & mushroom tube were replaced under warranty. Delivered about 2 wks from my initial outreach. Fingers crossed replacements last longer! Thank you, Pure Daily.

I bought this probably 3-4 years ago, used it a few times and stuck it in a drawer. I recently pulled it back out to try out on a breakout and WOW. This thing is like magic. I woke up the next day and my bumps were nearly gone. Now I’ve been using it every other day. It’s definitely worth it!!!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the NuDerma Natural Cell Energy device. I purchased this product a year ago with the expectation that it would be a long-lasting and effective tool for my skin care routine. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.Within the past few months, I've noticed a significant decline in the performance of the frequency wands. The light emitted from them is extremely low, even when set to the highest mode. This is particularly frustrating as I've always used the device according to the instructions and have taken care to maintain it properly.To make matters worse, all four of the frequency wands seem to be malfunctioning or have lost their effectiveness. This is a major issue, as I purchased the device specifically for its versatility and the ability to target different areas of my skin with various frequencies.Considering that it's only been a year since I bought this product, I'm extremely disappointed that it's already become so unreliable. I had hoped that it would be a worthwhile investment, but now I feel that I've been misled. I would appreciate it if the company could address this issue and provide a solution.

I really liked this product at first. It’s easy to use and I can see results already. However, after using for 5 weeks the tip of the mushroom wand fell off. While using it I noticed the wand very loose and the glass part completely fell out and left the silver tip inside the unit. I was able to use needle nose pliers to remove the tip. It looks like the glue holding it together melted. Not sure if I can glue it back together or get a replacement.
For these devices to have any effect the frequency is supposed to be >100Hz, this device is 50-60Hz
For high frequency devices to have any actual effect their frequency is supposed to be over 100Hz, this device is 50-60Hz. The specs are not mentioned on Bolo for this very reason. Read about required device frequency online. This device is simply not doing what it is advertised to do.
