I really like the high potassium, low sodium, and all the other minerals. If I feel like I need a little extra salt, I just add a pinch. I like how I can control how much salt I take in. I bought 5 flavors, lemon raspberry, tangerine, orange, cherry pomegranate, and tropical fruit. The lemon raspberry is refreshing. The tropical tastes like coconut. The cherry tasted a little strange, not my favorite. The orange is very mild, doesn’t taste like much. The tangerine is by far my favorite, delicious. The key is to make it the day before, in a 16 oz mason jar with a plastic lid. I’ll have 3 to 4 already made up and in the fridge, ready to drink first thing in the morning ( just 1 a day). It even tastes better the next day, the flavor soaks in and it dissolves better, just give a shake before drinking. I wish they would make the tangerine in the larger size, “value size”, and make it less expensive. I bought some on Prime day, on sale, good time to stock up. Definitely the best electrolyte powder I’ve ever tried, I’m sticking with this one.

I've purchased this product well over five times, and I absolutely love it. It's natural, clean, and gives me a steady burst of energy while keeping me hydrated throughout the day. The flavor is perfectly balanced—it's not overwhelmingly sweet, with a refreshing mix of lemon and raspberry. One of my concerns while following a keto diet has been dealing with keto headaches, but this electrolyte has helped eliminate that issue completely. It dissolves easily in water, and I appreciate that there are no artificial additives. Whether I'm working out or just going through a busy day, this has become my go-to for hydration. It’s gentle on my stomach and keeps me feeling energized without any crashes.

I have now purchased every flavor but one from Dr Berg's and I must say I don't think I'll ever use a different brand. The other brands have additives and garbage in them but not this brand. Also the lemonade is now my new favorite. Second is strawberry lemonade, and third is tangerine. I've also found that if you mix together the cherry pomegranate with the orange you get a copycat Kool-Aid tropical fruit punch, you know... the blue packet from when we were kids! The tropical coconut pineapple one is good if you mix in some orange with it (not the tangerine, orange)... But the orange one on its own is way too sweet for my taste. It just tastes like a super sugar orange and not in a good way. So I always use the plain orange flavor with other flavors to enhance them. The tangerine is a great copycat orange soda and is really good by itself. The grape is good and satisfies my grape Kool-Aid craving, but the raspberry lemonade is a little bit strange to me. It's not necessarily bad... but it doesn't taste like raspberry lemonade either. It's almost like a familiar candy taste from childhood but I can't quite place it. It's good enough so that once in awhile I'll have it again but I probably won't buy that flavor again. The cucumber flavor is the only one I haven't tried yet. I just don't have high hopes for that flavor. But, this is really a great brand and I will keep high in stock the lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and tangerine flavors. Thank you!

I decided to try this powder based upon one of Dr. Berg's videos about reducing hypertension, which I have a longstanding struggle with (failing to not make dietary adjustments has not helped). I decided to give it a shot, since I take electrolyte powders in my water when I do water- and other sports here in the desert Southwest (especially in the warmer months, where it's not optional IMO)! I've been using mostly Liquid IV, which I love the taste of and dissolves without issue. I do like the taste of this powder. It's sweet enough to make water drinkable but definitely not overpowering at all. It's actually very refreshing.However, as others have pointed out, the price point on this stuff isn't great, as compared to LIV, especially for a half-filled tub (Shrinkflation, anyone??). Also, like others have said, I can't get the stuff to fully dissolve. Some of it does and lies in suspension throughout, but there's always this gritty, particulate residue that never seems to go away. For the money, you'd think they'd figure out this issue.Apart from that, I am hoping that it helps somewhat reduce my blood pressure, since I'm drinking water anyway. Not sure if I've fallen for the hype or what, but I've gone ahead and ordered another tub lol

Highly recommend this product. It dissolves really easily in room temperature water. I use a milk frother to mix it, and then add ice. Or I'll put it in my blender bottle, shake it up, and refrigerate.The flavor can be best described as "lemonade lite."I find the best ratio for taste & mixing to be 1 scoop and 12oz of water. If I used less water, I found that it had an odd aftertaste.Overall, it's a really good product, and recommend the flavor.
It is a powerful electrolyte and works well just be careful of the dosage
I tried the product for the first time and i think i just experienced a potassium overdose with numbing, nausea, that feeling of almost passing out , it was my fault though i should have started with very low dose than 1 scoopI generally have low bp 80/70 and i thought i was about to die but i directly took salt hydration tabs and i feel better. I will still use the product but with very very less dosage.I am a great follower of dr berg, i believe in this diet regime. The product overall has good taste and not hard to drink at all
