I'm a former bodybuilder and still work out 5 days a week, so my multivitamin is really important! This one's loaded with all kinds of different ingredients that all healthy people need, especially if you're older like I am. There's too many important ingredients to list here so I urge you to check out the container and go ahead and get a couple!

It's a great high quality product, but one thing I'd like to see improved is the folate. A large portion on the population (I've seen estimates of 50%) can't convert folic acid into folate.Methylfolate is more bioavailable and doesn't have the same problem. I know they sell it separately, but it would be a better value to have it in the multivitamin even if the cost went up slightly.

Love this company, I trust them and I know i'm getting good bang for my buck when I buy from them.Was expecting to gag when I opened the bottle. Was worried about the reviews, because I had to stop taking my B complex from the smell. It was pungent and oily and would linger on my fingers, just foul.These are totally fine, they have a moderate smell and it honestly smells like Hay, and it doesn't linger. It feels like taking an herbal powder supplement.

It's a multivitamin. I'm not sure what kind of results you're going to see of the positive nature. However, I noticed that every time I took this in the morning, about 90-120 minutes after I'd take it, I'd get an allergic reaction to it. I never knew what was causing it until I forgot to take it one day and I didn't have the reaction. It had to be the vitamin because I took it every other day for a few days and I only had the reaction the days I took it. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's gotta be something crazy because I don't know of anything I'm allergic to.
