After researching the best type of MTC Powder it mentioned you want one with Caprylic & Capric (C8 + C10) MTCs which this one has. It blends well in my coffee using my frother. Creamy and delicious. I also love the container making it easy to scoop out the MTC powder and I just lay the scoop on top of the container.

I’ve made three purchases of this product. It goes in my morning coffee and is part of my supplement regimen for getting healthier. It mixes easily (no clumping), it does not change the taste of my coffee and I am confident that it has aided in the loss of almost 20lbs in the past six month. A bonus for me is I love the green color of the canister. When it’s empty, I drill holes in the bottom and use it as a planter.

I use this as a supplement in my daily coffee. I find that the powder does not upset my stomach as much as MCT oil liquid. The taste is pleasant also.

This has a neutral flavor and dissolves nice in coffee or works great in a smoothie. I love the health benefits and that it is organic, keto and vegan. I definitely feel better when I use this.

I also use their liquid version in my coffee & together, they get me through without other food for breakfast! Nice for fasting while working toward OMAD - one meal per day - if you're doing Carnivore to rid yourself from inflammation!

The point of MCT is that it is oil. I bought 3 different types of MCT (gel cap, the actual oil and this powder).I find myself using this the least. It doesn't dissolve very well even in hot liquid. If powder supplements are your jam, then this is probably fine for you. But given that MCT is meant to be oil, I can't really recommend this product over the oil."Sports Research" sells the straight up oil and I would recommend that over this any day. The oil is just much easier to use, at least for me.As far as any adverse side effects, there has been none. The taste is great, and the MCT has helped my digestion and appetite control.
