This periboard-317 perixx full size keyboard is an excellent product. The backlite lighting provides superior key visibility and the key touch action is perfect for office use. This is one the best inexpensive keyboards that I have used. Great value.

The whole key is backlite on top of the letter. Highly recommend. And the light is easy to turn off. You will never go back to a regular keyboard. The only negative is it needs an ergonomic cushion.

Seen lighted keyboards online, it never clicked I needed one until yesterday.One day delivery, connected, and very pleased, with light level and larger letters.
3.0 out of 5 stars GREAT KEYBOARD, BUT KEYS AREN’T SMOOTH AND CAN GET STUCK
I have been using this keyboard for two weeks, and although it has several very useful features, it is going back to Bolo to be replaced with a better version from the same brand. These are my experience notes:PROS:- The bright light is fantastic, ideal if you work in an area that may not have sufficient light.- The light can be turned on or off using a combination of keys.- As a wired keyboard, there are no concerns with batteries that will need replacement.- The key letters are big and easy to read.CONS:- The pressing of the keys isn’t smooth; unless you press straight down, the keys pose some resistance that can cause mistyping. This will be a problem for those that type very fast and are accustomed to a light tactile response.- The backlit is white and does not allow brightness adjustment.RECOMMENDATION:A great keyboard for those that may not type fast or like hitting harder the keys. For others, this won’t be a good option. I replaced it with the Perixx PERIBOARD-329 Wired USB Backlit Keyboard 7-Color Illuminated, which comes with X Type High Scissor Keys. These keys resemble the experience of laptop keys, with a very consistent response.

At the time of this review, I have had this keyboard for a little over 4 years. That doesn't mean that it has been in use for that long though. There was a period of time I didn't use it, and for awhile was using it as a portable keyboard. So it hasn't stayed plugged up the entire time. At the time of this review however it has been plugged up for several weeks at a work station I set up in my living room so that I always have a computer up and running to get some extra work in when I get home in the mornings, and don't have to worry about setting up my main machine. This keyboard is sufficient in providing backlit keys and comfortable typing. It is always ready to get when I need to work, and it so far has not let me down. I highly recommend this keyboard if you enjoy a wired backlit keyboard and are on a budget. The lights in it stay on constantly which is something I like versus a wireless backlit keyboard that turns off every few minutes.

Luce genial, se siente genial, las teclas son suaves y silenciosas. Aunque la costruccion se siente un poco barata, pero por el precio es un buen trato.Un problema menor es que las luces son un poco mas brillantes de lo que aparentan en el material promocional. Desearia que fueran mas tenues, pero esa es una preferencia personal.La forma redonda de las teclas hace un poco mas facil el pulsar por error teclas aledañas, pero es algo a lo que toma tiempo acostumbrarse.

Keys are sturdy but not as sturdy as a mechanical keyboard, the are more chicklet style they use on laptops. But the backlight is so much better than my previous keyboard! I used to use an RGB gaming keyboard and backlight on that is really bad compared to this one...

Toetsenbord op zich ziet er goed uit met grote verlichte letters. Enkele toetsen bleven gewoon in de ingedrukte positie hangen. Toetsen werken niet goed als je niet perfect in het midden drukt. Bij het uitnemen van een toets brak de zijkant af. Zeer zwakke plastic.Spijtig dat de kwaliteit te wensen overlaat voor een anders zeer mooi toetsenbord.

Las teclas muy suaves y cómodas.Es un teclado "full size", o sea, tiene las teclas «Windows» y «Menú» a la derecha además de la tecla «Windows» izquierda.Esto es práctico si lo usas con el entorno de escritorio KDE Plasma de Linux, pues esas teclas pueden ser asignadas para la función «compose» sin perder la funcionalidad de menú inicio con la tecla «Win» izquierda.Lo más destacable del teclado, por supuesto, es la retro-iluminación de las teclas.Tiene un solo color e intensidad. La iluminación no resulta en absoluto molesta, incluso en plena obscuridad.Se puede apagar con la tecla Scroll Lock que además sigue reteniendo su funcionalidad normal.El diseño de botones tipo «chiclet» de plástico duro facilita la limpieza del polvo.Una vez uno se acostumbra, resulta irresistible teclear y escribir. ¡Una maravilla!Hasta aquí todo bien. Sin embargo lo que resulta incomprensible es la política de precios de Bolo.Yo he comprado la versión ANSI (con layout US English). Bolo lo vende por 43,74 euros. El mismo teclado en versiones alemana, española, etc. lo vende por 25 euros.¡¡¡ Un 75 % mas caro!!!¿Por qué?Los teclados están fabricados en China, tanto las versiones «europeas» como las americanas. La empresa diseñadora y comercializadora, —Perixx— es alemana y los teclados se envían DESDE ALEMANIA.¿A qué se debe ese sobre-precio exagerado? ¿Un arancel cultural? ¿ ! ? ...Lo más increíble es que la tienda online de Perixx vende la versión española por 25 euros, la versión americana por 24 euros y la versión alemana por 23 euros.En este caso se entienden las diferencias de precio por cuestiones de logística y economía de escala, pero por favor Bolo, ¡un 75 % más cara la versión USA!¿Por qué?
