The natural flavor I find enjoyable. Ability to dissolve in water and milk is easily achieved with spoon stirring in 3-4 bouts of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. I strongly recommend this product to all of my nutrition clients and regularly consume it myself. 10/10.

Due to its high protein content, it tends to clump up into small pea-sized balls when added to hot water, tea, or hot chocolate.Despite this, I still find it worth purchasing for its exceptional taste and quality. Just be cautious if you plan to mix it with hot beverages, as it might not dissolve smoothly. I’m a sensitive stomach kind of girl. I like my protein powders with minimal ingredients. Tried Truvani recently and experienced some “issues” immediately after using, plus the taste was kind of chalky and had an aftertaste…kind of artificial. This protein powder is absolutely great! Zero belly issues and zero chalkiness….ZERO! Oh, and zero taste too! The only downfall is a serving is 5T. The bags won’t last long at that rate.

I have purchased so many protein powders over the years, and I always feel like they are a waste of money. Some are grainy, some don’t mix, some have horrible ingredients, some are misleading. I have had my eye on this one for about a year now, and finally purchased it and I truly think it’s my favorite. It’s a very fine and soft powder that dissolves nicely, and doesn’t have any weird taste. I like that I can add to yogurt, smoothies, coffee, juice, etc. My bag did not have a scoop, which may be intentional, but the bag says 5 Tbsp is one serving, so that was easy enough to do. The bag is a decent size for the price, but for the minimal and quality ingredients, it’s worth every penny!
