For years I had some cheap-O set of steak knives. Slowly over time I lost a few of them. Decided to buy a decent set from Bolo. Ran across these and they were at a good price, so I bought a set. These things are forged steel. Sharp and stay that way. I’ll try not to lose these!

We were serving steaks on Father’s Day and needed additional knives. I ordered these and they arrived overnight - thanks Bolo. The knives are comfortable in your hand, cut well, and are easy to use. Cleaning is a breeze. A little pricey, but worth it.

Acutally, these are well made, priced right and sharp. We ordered one 6 piece set and decided to order a second set to complete what we needed for a total number of knives.The only downfall and not a biggie, is that due to the Stainless Steel not being mirror smooth and shiny (it's more of a dull surface), at times in our dishwasher, there will be stains and hardened material that we need to scrub off by hand.These are the only silverware that does this in our dishwasher.That's not a show-stopper and we often just hand wash them after use and no issues!Over all, quite happy with these for how well and sharp they are and if we need to hand-wash these at times, again, that's not a big deal.Still very well worth the 5 star review!

These are OK, they're not very sharp so would be good for safety reasons, but cutting meat with them will take a bit of work. They seem pretty well constructed though, haven't fallen apart in almost 2 years and I use them pretty frequently. They will rust a bit though if you let them soak in dishwater too long. They're pretty comfortable to hold and have a nice weight to them.
