I bought one and then another. The first is used in the office corner of the kitchen, to pick up speech for real time translation to text. The room is all hard surfaces, but the mic picks up speech very well. The other is on a table in the family room and is used primarily for commentary and live chat while live steaming real time imagery from a small remotely operated observatory. Participant feedback is that the audio improved with the new mic.The quality and sensitivity are good enough for clear natural sounding speech. I cannot say how it might do for music. I've no plan to test the mic qualitatively.I've not purchased a mic in years. This one might be a five star mic in its price range, I simply have no way to evaluate that.

For the price this is a great mic to start with. The sound is really great and crisp. You can easily connect it to an apple computer but you would just need an adapter to be able to use the USB-C from computer or iPad.

I've been using gaming headsets my entire life but switched to this desk microphone and earbuds because I didn't like the feeling of headsets on my ears, after a month of using this microphone. My friends say my microphone quality sounds better! The only complaint I have is you can hear a bit more background noise and wind, but I bought a microphone sponge cover to help reduce that.I know there are better desk microphones out there, but for the quality and price, I'd say this one is a great starter!

There are so many usb mics becoming available these days, and often at great prices. But almost none of these mics can match the "value-per-cost" that this mic provides. It has really a nice sound and at its current price, you cannot beat it. It gets very good reviews on YouTube. Just make sure you are speaking into the correct side of the mic (the side with the volume control knob).

Mic sound very good, stand is not too bad if you have a big desk. Also the volume thing on the mic is very useful, i can basically mute my mic using the volume thing. I give it 5/5 best budget mic I have ever tried. P.S: I recommend you use voicemod with this mic and put it on voice enhancer to make it sound even better
