About this item:
The Sleep Sack is essential whether you are camping in the great outdoors or braving the world of paid accommodation. Travelers will find the sleep sack indispensable in hostels and adventure hotels, protecting them from questionable bedding. People who travel for business will discover the sleep sack to be great for keeping the harsh chemicals often used to launder hotel sheets off of their skin. The travel bag at the top of the sleep sack doubles as a pillowcase which is the perfect size for a small travel pillow. The travel bag is attached to the sleep sack so it is impossible to lose. The sleep sack is incredibly lightweight and it is both machine washable and dryable. The more you wash it the softer it gets. Take the Sleep Sack wherever you go - your dreams will be blissfully sweet.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just what I needed !
I ordered this because a choir I belong to had a performance date in another state & we were going to stay overnight 2 nites in a college dorm. We would also have to bring our own bed linen & pillows. Luckily I remembered something I heard last year about a sleep sack thingie that could be used as a sleeping bag liner & also to help avoid nasty mattresses & possible bedbugs (OMG!) in hotels, hostels, etc. I checked Bolo & found this one. It was perfect ! All I had to do was shower, put on the PJs & crawl in & add a light blanket if needed. Very comfy with plenty of room & keeps you warm. When it was time to leave, all I had to do was roll it up in its little attached bag & stuff it in the corner of my drawstring backpack. Will never travel without this !! Excellent product, plan to recommend to all my pals !!UPDATE -2014Used this for a recent out of state trip to a relatives' house. Didn't need to trouble them to make up bed. I just brought this along & used one of their blankets. Also took another choir trip & had to take linens again & used this sleep sack. Again it worked out perfectly ! It's been washed numerous times & still remains soft & comfy. From now on whenever I have an overnight trip I'm taking it along, just in case. I love this thing !
4.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable, soft and large enough that you don't feel ...
Very comfortable, soft and large enough that you don't feel tied up or constrained. (i am 5' 10"). Worked great inside a sleeping bag, but also was good during warmer nights, just as basic cover. Easily fits into attached stuff sack, and packs light. I would recommend this product for use during travel to ensure comfortable, clean bedding in all sorts of accommodations.
5.0 out of 5 stars Like new and still loving it after four years of almost daily use--great for warm sleepers!
After over four years of almost daily use, I realized I should write a review! I've always been a warm sleeper but will get cold in the winter, so until I bought this product I'd go back and forth between too hot and too cold. In warm/hot conditions it's great, because it's so light it covers you but breathes easily, without retaining excess heat. In cold conditions I slip into my bag and then use a blanket on top. It offers just the right amount of heat retention. I'm also one of those people who don't like to feel restricted in my sleep, and will never tuck in my sheets, so the spaciousness of this sleep sack never binds my feet but also prevents those cold 'air blasts' that come when rolling over in untucked sheets. My sleep sack has traveled with me all around the world, including Madagascar, Thailand, New Zealand in the winter, up and down the US west coast. I've used it as a blanket, pillow, sleeping bag, and use it instead of sheets. Exceptionally durable, aside from the faded label it is in Like New condition after all that usage.
5.0 out of 5 stars Light compactable. Small yet big
Like sleeping in satin. I used this for a month in a trip to Asia. I went to a few hotels and I was not sure if they had the fitted sheet like we do here in the US. It was big enough for me to roll around. How to use:Step 1: Stand next to the bed, hold out the sack and step into it.Step 2: Slowly hop if you need, to the bed like potato sack race.Step 3: Pull up to your shoulders before you sit on the bed, now lay downFolds nicely and very compact and light. Kept me warm on the long plane ride as well as while in the hotel. Great use of sleeping sack as a protection between the blankets. Even enough room to put over the pillow.I am 5'2" just to give an idea.
3.0 out of 5 stars Too hot
I bought these for quick stopovers not wanting to mess up beds. They are too hot. Roomy and comfortable but don't breathe.
2.0 out of 5 stars not nearly long enough
Comfortable, but not nearly long enough for me at 6'. It barely covers my shoulders and could be a little roomier and I'm a pretty average 180lbs. If they offered other sizes it would be great.
4.0 out of 5 stars the material will keep you pretty warm - but keep in mind in humid climates
Ideal for general travel, and camping, the material will keep you pretty warm - but keep in mind in humid climates, it is a parachute/polyester material so could be a little clingy if it's a bad sleeping environment. Overall, it's very well made, and folds into the little bag very easily. It's not much of a pillow by itself though (as the bag is described when laid out) but if you stuff a couple of t-shirts or other clothing, it will suffice for a small (airline size) pillow.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for Texas summers & hostels
I have used this camping during the Texas heat and it's perfect. It's something over you if the temperature does drop, but it's not really going to hold in that much heat for those nights when it stays warm.I've also used it in hostels when I didn't like the looks of the sheets or they didn't have sheets. It worked great. I never got bed bugs, but that could have been that there weren't any to begin with.It packs down to next to nothing and is super light weight. There's also room in the sack when it's packed. I can fit it and a mosquito net in the attached bag and be set for a Texas summer night.
Pretty good overall
Great and comfy. Only thing is it doesn't go very small into a stuff sack compared to proper silk liners
