If you are looking for a great quality natural supplement to boost your immune system-look no further! I started taking mushroom supplements after I was diagnosed with stage zero cervical cancer. Doctors told me I have 30 percent of chances in reversing the disease if I boost my immune system. After a very careful research I decided to use this mushroom supplement along with couple other products. Mushrooms are a super supplement/food that can fight cancer, boost your immune system, lower the blood pressure, are antioxidants, fight inflammations and lowering your sugar. I have been trying different mushroom supplements for a while now, Daily Nutra Mushroom Defense Formula is one of my favorites because it is guaranteed to have over 30% of beta glucans which are essential for people with weak immune system. The bland of 5 mushrooms is the perfect bland (look them up individually, they all are wonderful for your immune system). And, if you do your reseat, you will know that the medicinal component of mushrooms activated by a high temperature. Daily Nutra Mushroom Defence Formula makes their product from the bodies of mushrooms (no grains, fillers or other questionable products) with the use of hot water extraction method.I have been taking mushrooms for over a year now. After 5 month of everyday use my biopsy showed very promising results. It regressed from CIN 3 to CIN 1! I will never stop taking them and now my coworkers and friends also takes them! Oh yeah, I work in clinic, was surrounded by sick people all winter long and have not got a cold!

Update April 2022:I've been using this product daily since May 2018 - after I had prostate cancer surgery and radiation treatments. (See my orig. review below.) I cannot definitively say how well this works specifically, or how I would be doing without using it; but I do know that my cancer has not returned and I was still clear as of my check-up two days ago. I did a lot of research when a doctor recommended a mushroom supplement after my surgery since I am a skeptic at heart, but I can't argue with success. I don't know if my cancer would have returned if I hadn't taken this, but I do know it hasn't returned with me using it. I have not had any adverse effects using it for 4 years now. I will continue using it. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer early last year and underwent surgery. Visiting another doctor on a related matter afterward, a Chinese doctor at this clinic suggested that I look into mushroom supplements to help fight my disease. I am a skeptic at heart and not a big supplement believer, but figured I had nothing to lose now. I did research and surprisingly found several medical/cancer sources that said studies had been done and several mushroom extracts appeared to help; the same extracts that the doctor wrote down for me. This product had most of the ones mentioned, so I ordered a bottle from Bolo. Obviously I have no way of knowing whether they are helping me or not. What I CAN say is that after taking these capsules for several days, is that I started feeling better in some way. I can't really put a finger on it - I just felt a little healthier, like my body had been missing something before. I seriously doubt it was just a mental thing - like I said, I'm not a supplement person and I'm very hard to convince on anything. Just thought I would share.

Ignore the negative reviews about the various mushroom capsules and powders I truly believe people try these elixirs and expect miracles in a few weeks or months. Doesn't work that way Like exercise these things take time to get into the system. If you are not sure consult your doctor. Most will be in the ho-hum camp thinking of them as witch doctory. I've been taking mushroom powders and capsules along with eating exotic mushrooms every day. For me as an individual I think they are amazing. Others might not get the same results. Better mental clarity, never any ailments, immune system operating as it should and just a general feeling of good health. This new brand Mushroom Defense is quite good. I switched from powders out of convience instead of mixing it in coffee smoothies etc. same thing capsule in form. Give them a try but I would give them at least 8-9 months to see if they work for you. Don't forget to exercise on a regular basis also, taking a handful of supplements and thinking that is all you have to do is wrong. Everything works together.

This winter season has been a rough time for so many people getting sick...for weeks at a time!I am thrilled to report that I got a cold for only 2 days so far!I take Mushroom Defense Formula on a daily basis to ensure that I do not get what is going around. I also have a slow-growing skin cancer known as squamous cell carcinoma and the five blend of mushrooms (shiitake, maitake, chaga, reishi, and turkey tail) are exactly the mushrooms needed to boost my immune system.I like to think mushrooms as rare gifts from the universe as they offer such powerful nutrients to stay healthy.As I have delved more into researching what goes into my body, I am thrilled that DailyNutra uses organic mushrooms and that the cap and stem of the mushroom is used and is not grain injected with mycellium.Another thing I have learned is the importance of the hot water extraction process which is a good thing because it maintains the potency of the active part of the mushroom which is high in Beta-D-glucans.As someone who has skin carcinoma, using products high in Beta-D-glucans gives my immune system a boost.Another good thing about this product is that the capsules are easy to swallow.
