Loved my experience! Super easy to use and FAST results! I used my kit over a month after purchase and was still able to register without any issues. Messed up and click the wrong sample option, emailed CS and they quickly fixed the issue and responded to let me know not to worry the mistake was fixed. I would definitely recommend this kit/company for dna.

We took this test for my husband and his two daughters for paternity reasons - We purchased two separate kits (there may be a way to combine to test into one ,but for the price we just bought them separate to give us peace of mind and avoid any mix up) We were testing for paternity as we were hearing rumors. I read reviews on this test and I was very skeptical of home test , we were scheduled to go to a local DNA facility in NC but it would have cost us $350.00 but a close friend of ours whose a nurse recommended we do the home test first as they are just as reliable and being that we weren't convinced enough that they weren't his to do the legal the test for court purposes (as this was an additional $200 , we just wanted to know first) , even the kits we could buy in store were priced at $186 + $30.00 for the kit ... So we did the home test - and boy I AM GLAD WE DID ! We ordered the kit 11/26/19 and received it that Friday the 29th.. super clear instructions, and organized. We put it into the mail Saturday 11/30 . Now keep in Mind the post office was closed that Thursday and Friday , and we shipped Saturday if you plan on shipping near a holiday that affects the mail keep in mind they will NOT receive it as quickly due to post office build up! One was received on Dec 3rd the following Friday and the other on that Monday Dec 6th .. Both results were available within 2 days , the results came @ 5pm eastern std time for us. and the results were what we were hoping for! Don't spend money on a lab ! This saved us a ton of money ! And also gave us the peace of mind we were hoping for ! They are just as accurate as if you were at a lab paying double the price ... GOOD LUCK!

Unfortunately this is our second time buying this product, however both times there was finally no question that our Grandchild belonged to us. Each time it was super easy and we got the results emailed pretty fast. Highly recommend!

the sample collection envelopes are just cheap paper bags. I followed the directions precisely, and received an email from them 3 days after they confirmed receiving the samples:"The results for your case cannot be issued at this time. The alleged father swabs yielded flat line results. Please resample the alleged father. The profile for the child is complete.There is a $49 dollar retest lab fee per participant that will need to be paid before any retesting can be done. Once the payment has been made, we can send out a retest kit to recollect samples or you may also use your own supplies. Please advise if you would like to proceed with the retest and we can send you the payment link."I understand that mistakes can happen, but I have to pay an extra 75% charge because their lab work or sample collection methodology is inadequate? I wonder how often this happens... Seems lucrative
