I don't know where I'd be without it and I'm not willing to risk finding out. The demand on my mental faculties has increased and I can't afford fogginess or lapses. At my age, these are events that can easily befall me. There have been no conflicts with other medications I take and my PCP has found no issues. I find it safe and easy to swallow.

NO is a gas that quickly evaporates. Citicoline helps us get NO into our blood because it's a nutrient thatis needed daily. I learned of Citicoline use from a nutritionist. There are many uses for it.

The capsules seem to be of poor quality. When I opened the bottle, it felt like there was powder in there, as if a capsule opened up. This was the cheapest cost per capsule and I think I got what I paid for. I will likely pay more and get a higher quality next time.

At first I didnt think this stuff was helping, I found it to be a waste of money and felt less focused when taking it. One night I decided to take this before bed and I'm not sure why but I found that it worked better when taking it this way. After taking it the night before I found myself to be very focused all day the next day and I really fell in love with this stuff. I will definitely be buying more of this stuff.

I had recently lost the ability to remember my dreams, especially the ones I had just before waking. I was very concerned and headed for the internet. Citicoline was recommended for this problem. I ended up buying this mostly because they are a "proud supporter" of Vitamins Angels, a group that helps underserved communities get the nutrition they need. I decided I'd start taking one 250mg cap right before bed and see what happened. The dream memory came back within a few days! I am currently taking it when I remember, which isn't every day. Still remembering dreams, so this stuff really works.
