Nice creamy vanilla taste and mixes well in my shaker cup even if I don't use the wire whisk part. I agree with some other reviewers that it is quite sweet if you use only 6-8oz water with 2 scoops powder as per the instructions. I personally prefer 10oz water, and if I need caffeine, 1-2t instant coffee. It tastes great either way (plain or with added coffee). You could even add decaf instant coffee if you just want the flavor but not the caffeine. Maybe this would also work with the chocolate powder, but I haven't tried it yet. Yeah the powder comes in cafe latte flavor, but many people said it didn't taste good. This way you can titrate the amount of caffeine and coffee flavor that you want, including none if you're in the mood for just vanilla.Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it has a lot less of the vitamins and minerals than the premade shakes. I wish it had as much calcium and vitamin D as the premade shakes.

I love the cafè latte flavor Atkins shake and drink them for breakfast. The taste is really good and they're pretty healthy. It has 1 gram of sugar, 1 grams of fiber, and 30 grams of protein in each serving! The ready made shakes have 1 gram of sugar, THREE grams of fiber, and 15 grams of protein.My husband likes them too. he drinks an Atkins shakewhenever he wants a quick breakfast, or when he's running late and doesn't have time to sit down for breakfast. These they keep my blood sugar low - around 88 - 90!If you're looking for a fast healthy shake that's great for a busy lifestyle, and something without a lot of calories, that's also very low in sugar. Atkins shakes are the perfect on the go breakfast! I do have flavors I really like, and there are flavors I don't like but my husband and grown kids loves all the flavors.Very highly recommended!

Great value for the amount of protein per serving. The flavor is like Coffee with Creamer, but with that protein shake...spin. If you've had other flavored protein shakes you know what I mean. The extra caffeine makes this great for using after early morning workouts. Make sure you clean your container quickly after consuming, the smell is a bit more pungent than most protein powders afterwards.

I LOVE the coffee shakes and look forward to having it every morning! It’s also great in a “to-go” cup over ice as an “iced latte.” I make the chocolate at night as a dessert “milkshake” if I get hungry after dinner. Yes, I add whipped cream on top! It feels like a total treat & helps me get the protein I need without noticing I’m drinking something that’s good for me! I think the Unjury shakes are the highest quality, but these just taste so good!

My container was filled as much as I would expect protein to be filled, definitely more than halfway. I mixed mine with 2% milk and mixed it with a hand mixer so I didn’t have any lumps. I also made it at home and refrigerated it at work until I was ready to drink it about an hour later and it was very smooth. It was filling and I was energized, the shake was pretty sweet with a caramel flavor but I didn’t mind it. Very happy that it has 30g of protein and low calorie. I think the quality is good and it performs well.

I really enjoy this product. It’s the best one out of all the flavours I’ve tried so far. It is fantastic as a smoothie. A good recipe mix would be with coco powder, banana, peanut butter and milk it just so damn good. I also a bit of it in my frother with milk when I have an espresso( double the strength lol) it’s very rich. Anyways overall I would buy this product again. I pray they never change the recipe.
