Update: 5/18 I have to say that these things are amazing. At first I was taking two pills which worked but seemed to have been a little too much for me, because at times I felt as if water went through my nose as if I was swimming. I now take one pill a day and it has helped me to be able to breath through both my nostrils at the same time as I have never been able to breathe through both at the same time. I suffer from headaches, and I always knew it was due to not being able to breathe through both nostrils at the same time, since taking these, I have not had one headache. I have not experienced any major side affects. This is an amazing product that I thank god I found.Original review: I have to say, I've always had problems breathing through one nostril, I don't have asthma, just trouble breathing especially at times being able to take deep breaths. The first day that I took these pills it was as if the doors to my airways opened up. These breathe pills are one of the best supplements I've ever used. I will always buy these pills and highly recommend them. So far no side affects whatsoever. If anything changes I will make sure to update this review.

I have never before been so moved to write a review about a product! I ordered Breathe based on other reviews but never expected it to be quite this dramatic of a benefit to me. I have had asthma and allergies since birth and have always struggled with sinus issues. I take Qvar, Albuterol and Singulair for asthma. I take Zyrtec, Ipratropium Bromide and sinus rinses for sinus congestion. I also endured a painful ablation of the turbinates in my sinuses. Even with all of this, I got little relief from my symptoms. I had a very hard time sleeping due to breathing issues in my sinuses as well as the asthma so I always woke up tired for years and years. Then I tried Breathe.....Wow! What a huge difference! I felt the difference the FIRST DAY! I'm happy to say that I can now breathe SO much better! The biggest benefit is how well I sleep. I wake up feeling rested like never before. I typically had to sleep until 9 or 10 and even then I felt tired all day. Since taking Breathe I now wake up at 5 or 6 am with my wife when she gets up to go to work (I'm retired) and I don't go back to bed. I try...but I'm just nor tired and can't fall back to sleep. It's like a new lease on life! I'm just so thankful to have found something like this so I can start feeling more normal. I'm sure this won't work the same for everyone but It's definitely worth trying out. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Thanks to Eu Natural for such a fantastic product!!!

I ordered this in Feb 2024. Product arrived with an expiration date of April 2024. There are enough pills for 1 month, which means I would need to start taking it right away before they become officially 'expired'. Nonetheless, the product does work, but I wish EU Natural had better quality control and did not send a nearly expired/old product.

I chose this product because the positive reviews were so specific and people described dramatic and amazing results. To my surprise, they were right! I just took one for the first time and the results were just as the others stated... extremely fast-working and mind-blowing results! I feel like my lungs have expanded to three times their capacity and a lot of my mucus has cleared up. Since this was my first dose, I only took one, but bottle says you can take up to two capsules at one time. However, in my current situation, I see no need for two since the one capsule did an amazing job. The true test is when I start back at work in a week and have to work with a mask on, and in an extreme allergen environment (cigarette smoke, money dust, lots of people). I'll update accordingly, but so far, I am extremely pleased and will be buying more bottles to stock up!Some background for reference: I've had asthma since I was a teenager, but never actually got diagnosed until a couple years ago. While my episodes are somewhat mild and have never needed an emergency rescue inhaler, at my worst, I grow extremely weak due to no oxygen and fall to the floor unable to move but have never fully lost consciousness or stopped breathing altogether. I hope this supplement prevents such episodes from ever happening again. Personally, I refuse the prescription inhalers and antihistamines my doc prescribes because the side effects do not outweigh the benefits. Plus, I prefer more natural and homeopathic supplements over anything else. Told doc and he was understanding and said as long as I find something that works, go for it.

I tried this faithfully and patiently for an entire month and experienced no help in my sinuses (nose, throat, chest, etc.) whatsoever. I gave this product the benefit of the doubt (like I do every herbal supplement I try) and followed all the directions (and read everything) carefully. It just doesn't work. It fails as an all-natural antihistamine and as an opener/clearer for your nasal passages, lungs, or chest.If you're looking for an antihistamine that actually works, try Spirit 360 All Day Allergy Relief. It's very affordable, it's available at lots of local stores, and it does what it's supposed to do: stopping the constant mucus dripping down the nose and throat, clearing the sinus passages throughout the head, and soothing the eyes.If your nasal passages are inflamed (to the point where you can't breathe through your nose) and you're all congested as well, try Allegra-D 24hrs. It may be a little pricey, but it works and lasts long.
