Ashwagandha what?! That's what I first said. I've been taking this daily for 5 years now and have noticed so many extra benefits.I originally started taking this for covid hair loss....fixed it ✔️ What I noticed after one month was my adult anxiety was so minimal and mood was lifted so much so that I told everyone and there mother to try it.Auto shipped for 5 years and love it.Great quality. I decided to try these after using the Garden of Life brand which at times can be hard to find or gets too expensive. I use these because I have issues with pre-hypertension and some fatigue, so, I wanted something that could possibly help with that naturally. I decided to try this brand as it uses naturally derived ingredients as well as they are third party tested and certified. I like that these are using organic ingredients although these are capsules as opposed to tablets. The capsules make these a bit easier to take, but I think I prefer the tablets more than the capsules, mainly because they feel and taste more natural, although to be fair, the capsules are made of plant cellulose.I take these capsules in combination with magnesium supplements and vitamin D. I have noticed that my blood pressure levels have lowered a bit. Previously, I would have readings that were more borderline than what I have had over the past few weeks of using this. I have also noticed slightly better energy levels and less fatigue, which hopefully means I am getting better rest at night.I have not noticed any significant differences in stress or mood. I am a bit skeptical to those claims anyways. I was looking for something to help with overall health rather than something that cures everything. I like the fact that it has some black pepper extract. Black pepper is known to help lower blood pressure.One of the claims that I wish all vitamin companies would stop doing is making grand claims of their serving size. Yes, it is 2100 mg per serving, but in this case that is 3 capsules, which based on the bottle size is about a month’s supply, which I think is excessive. I personally take 1 or 2 a day depending on my need. Combining this extract with diet and exercise has seemingly helped a bit with my current health issues.These are more reasonably priced than the GOL brand and if you have difficulty swallowing the tablets, then these might be a better alternative.These do seem to be ok as far as being a natural Ashwagandha that can help a bit with overall health, but as far as the claims of a mood enhancement, I am skeptical. I also don’t like the grand claim of the serving size. Price is fairly reasonable as compared to other brands.4 stars

Currently using this brand and it packs a punchI began using ashwagandha not knowing how powerful it was and how to use it and if you are careful it can go bad.Its part of my sleep pack but you have to find the right dosing.For me using ashwagandha, Ive been able to come off blood pressure medication as it and excercise has pretty much removed my anxiety. BUT, IF YOU USE BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS BE CAREFUL!!! usingashwagandha and blood pressure meds can make your blood pressure dive.I lowers cortisol so it helps lowering anxiety via this route,BUT if you over dose or over use it you will not want to do anything and have zero motivation for life. ZERO ZERO ZERO. But low cortisol leads to losing weight.ashwagandha also thins blood so it lowers blood sugar. I use a glucose monitor and if you use glucose meds BE CAREFUL!!! My blood sugar would dive to 50 .Those are the the lessons I learned. Be careful because this brand works.a

After the first night of taking these I got the best sleep I have had in months. I have continued to get the same results. At first it was a little rough on my stomach but no issues since then. A great way to relax before bed. Highly recommend.

Bought it as a recommendation from my sister who used to have daily anxiety attacks...I decided to try it since I lost my job and my anxiety was increasing due to the stress of life. I was hesitant since I am not a typical person who takes supplements but since my sister was insisting it works, I decided to purchase it...I have been using it daily for a week (waited that amount of time to see any changes) and honestly... I feel the same. I don't want to say it don't work since "its too soon" but I'm debating if I should try for a whole month or just neglect them on the shelf...
