I have been buying this for years and love it. I bought a new eyebrow pencil. I received this smaller one that was the same price and has 40% less in it. How disappointing to cheat people of product this way!!!

I loved the product, but every time I used it the pencil would break! It was very brittle There wasn't much there to begin with, so it lasted less than 2 weeks. I won't buy it again --- to expensive to have such a short shelf life.
