I chose this rebounder because it could be folded up and it had a stabilization bar, as well as the fact that the rebounders with springs are so much stronger than the bungee ones. I don't want to be worried about falling and injury if the bungee cord breaks.It is easy to unfold for use and it doesn't take up much space. I thought I would be folding it up and putting it away every time but actually I just leave it out and bounce on it a few times during the day when I am a little tired or want to do something healthy for myself instead of scrolling. I will only let myself watch youtube videos when I'm rebounding, so that has been a good thing for me.I can tell my legs are getting a little more toned and I've only been doing it a week. I originally set it up with the stabilization bar, but I ended up removing it because I feel stable enough without it and I can do arm exercises more freely with it gone. But I'm glad I have it because if I just want to zone out and bounce a little bit it makes it nice and safe.It comes with access to a lot of free rebounding videos which are fine, but right now I am using some youtube videos that I like a little better, but I have only tried a few of each. Once you get the ideas of how to move you can just as easily do the moves while watching something more interesting.It also comes with a bounce counter that you can wear, but I found it to be wildly inaccurate. It will count one bounce as 2 or 3. I just use my watch pedometer where one bounce counts as one step.It also comes with a DVD (haven't watched it yet) and a spring repair kit thing. I hope not to need it and it really seems very sturdy, but I like that they included one.Honestly, bouncing on this little trampoline is just fun. It's really a mindset shift to look forward to exercising instead of having to make myself exercise and I am really enjoying it. I love that I can fold it up if needed.

After spending over a week researching every mini tramp between 50 & 150 bucks I decided on the Maximus and it is everything I could hope for and more. First I looked at 'springs.' Bungee, rubber, steel. I use bungees a lot. I know they are short lived, they stretch out so easy. And I watched video's and read reviews about how hard the rubber and some spring ones were to assemble. I'm one person, I didn't need that hassle. Then I looked at more expensive tramps and noticed they use steel springs in a V formation to connect. I can see how this would distribute the weight and provide a more stable and longer lasting product. The bonus was it comes assembled!! Just unfold it , attach the handle bar and bounce. They also included a DVD which I didn't think I would use but I find it much easier to get motivated when I put the DVD on and have company bouncing. Time goes much faster. And no the springs do not make any noise. Very happy with my purchase and so much easier on my joints. Cannot recommend enough, amazing price for what you get.

Quick delivery, excellent packaging, easy to assemble (good instructions help that), and true to it's description. It has a sturdy design which is a big plus for me.The included DVD is probably great, but I don't own a DVD player. It would be better (and cheaper) to supply a link to the online video. The little bounce counter that came with this is a nice touch to track your workout each session, but it's not the best design, and I found it easier to keep track of my time on the re-bounder than use it.The mini trampoline itself is a great buy and will last a long time indoors with recommended use. I am already enjoying the lift in energy I get from having used it only 5 min a day for the few days I've had it.

This very high quality, beautifully constructed, easy to unfold and refold trampoline is a miracle.I am not a spring chicken. At nearly 74 years of age and a flagging fitness profile after getting ill, when once I was a powerlifter, body builder and marathon runner, I got my Maximus mini trampoline in the hopes of getting my fitness back. My first day, all I could do was one minute. The next day 3 minutes, then the next, 5 minutes. Then I went out of town for 4 days. Upon my return, I did a full 10 minutes, then took a 2 mile jog up hill and 2 miles down, to finish off on the bounce and burn for another 2 minutes. The muscles in my quads are already beginning to get defined, my endurance clearly is up, body fat is coming off my legs and I feel fantastic already.This is a staggeringly warp speed result. Other members of my household are also using it and feeling full on abs strengthening, trimming off the fat around the middle and loving the vitality they feel too. I just ordered a second one for when I travel. Also ordered the handlebar for one so we can kick and throw our legs with greater stability. Also ordered some non slip socks for the foot plant development.I encourage you to get this amazing tool that strengthens your cells and their membranes, all your organs, blood vessels whether capillary or main vessels, builds lungs, heart tissue and awakens the vitality just waiting to maximize itself. For those who have incontinence, this will take care of that too. Rebound into a full life. What may sound like going back in time, is really moving forward into a truly healthy future.
Incredible product, what a difference!
I used the product for a few weeks now. I just love it. Surprisingly simple and easy to assemble. Finally I have a rebounder that is easy to store due to its foldable legs.I had a trampoline previously, which I used time to time for exercise. My biggest complaint was that the legs were not foldable, therefore it was either in the way when not used, or I had to take it in and out of my storage. Because of that inconvenience, I just did not have the patience to use it regularly. I also got very quickly tired on that trampoline, but did not know exactly why.Than one day I accidentally found this product, “Bounce & Rebound” by MaXimus Life. Like a dream come true, this bouncer is coming with foldable legs! ...this product was invented for me!But more than that! This rebounder is extremely sturdy, perfect size, and easy on the joints! I am able to use it every day without getting tired the next 5 minutes, as I used to be on my old trampoline. What a difference!!!!Now I know, my old trampoline had a really hard jumping surface, which was extremely hard on my joints, that is why I burned out on it so quickly. This rebounder is gentle on the joints, the jumping surface comes with a strong quality canvas, yet great flexibility. Indeed, what a difference!The rebounder is very well constructed, I workout daily on it and still going strong. I did not experience any problem with the springs, one thing I was a bit scared reading previous reviews complaining about “flying springs”. I guess, you really should read the instruction first before unfolding it and starting to use it, such as; examine that installation is correct, nothing is out of order: the canvas is without damage, all springs look the exact same, they hooked-up properly, each one of them sits on their places as they should. Make sure all springs are in balance before opening and starting using your rebounder. If all this checks out, nothing should go wrong from this point.The exercise DVD: There are different levels and lengths of videos depending on your fitness level. I still with the beginner level, I only use the first 2 set of exercises. I’m a bit out of shape, to do the entire DVD exercise at this point, would be too much for me. My personal choice is to rather do 25 minutes exercise on the rebounder each day, than just exercise longer but only 2 or 3 times a day.It is good if you can drain your lymphatic system regularly. All the toxins leaving your body really make you feel good and I feel like I sleep really well after and feel great the next day.Rebounding is my new favourite workout by far.Wow! This thing is really well built, easy to use it, easy to store it, it’s a well thought out design! Great value for money.I would recommend this product for anyone wanting to keep a healthy lymphatic system, wanting to lose weight, not to mention having some fun!Well done MaXimus Life!Thousand thank you!
Set up and bounce in minutes!
My grandsons were with me when the Bounce and Burn rebounder was delivered. I am grateful that it was so easy to set up because they were stoked! They used it first and nearly two hours later, I had my chance and had a great five minute intro to this space saving piece of equipment. I’m excited to have this for both health and fitness. The Bounce and Burn is so affordable and well made. So glad I took the plunge!A week later and a little research, I am beginning to learn the many health benefits of rebounding. There is a lot of reputable research available online. I have hesitated for years to bring exercise equipment into my small home but the Bounce and Burn takes up very little space and works so many parts of my body. It is easy to bring in the living room and I can bounce during commercials while watching TV.Customer service has been very personable and prompt answering my questions. It is a pleasure to deal with Maximus!

Amazing Family Trampoline!
Purchased this trampoline primary for my 4 year old who is almost at the weight limit of his children’s trampoline.The trampoline was super simple to set up. Honestly took less than 5 minutes. The handle was the most complicate part.This trampoline is very sturdy and excellent quality. I was a bit hesitant to by a spring trampoline thinking it would noisy but honestly it’s super quiet. The noise we hear is our 4 year old laughing because he’s having so much fun.This trampoline has been an instant hit. We couldn’t get our son to bed the first night as he just wanted to jump. He was also back on it first thing in the morning. My husband has also used it and loves it! I am still waiting for my turn when my son goes to school.I know this product will last us a long time. I am super happy with my purchase. My child’s happiness is worth the price tag.
Best value for money.
I've had this rebounder for a few weeks now and its great! Really sturdy and good quality construction. I workout at least 4 times a week on it and still going strong. The free 3 month membership is excellent as you have access to lots of workouts that are really challenging and really make you sweat and work hard. I will keep the membership going after the 3 month free trial for sure. There are also different levels and lengths of videos depending on your fitness level. You feel so good after doing even 10 minutes of bouncing. All the toxins leaving your body really make you feel good and I feel like I sleep really well after and feel great the next day. I got a rebounder due to wanting to try workouts which had less impact on ankles rather than just running on a treadmill. Rebounding is my new favorite workout by far. I find it has improved my balance and no sore ankles the next day like I had with running.Great value for money.I would recommend this product for anyone wanting to lose weight and have some fun!
