I do mix this with almond flour and make keto bread. The millet makes a slightly lighter result. 1/2 c almond flour 1/2 c millet flour 1tsp baking powder 1 tbs oil 1 egg pinch of sweetener drizzle of water to make smooth and microwave for 2-3 min
