The Simple Water Boost Micellar Facial Gel Wash is a gentle cleanser, a great find at a very small price (I bought it for $6 from Bolo). The ingredient list is not simple, but very clean (no irritants, no alcohol, no flagrance).The wash has a clear gel consistency, I need to use quite a big dollop to wash my skin; but at the price, I don't mind that I finish this fast. I don't know where the micellar cleansing bubbles are, might be invisible. But with those or not, it's a good cleanser as a second step. It makes a rather thick lather, not a foam. It rinses quick, without needing to insist with water.Being gentle is both the advantage and disadvantage of this product. It's very gentle that does not over-dry skin; I still apply toner and moisturizer afterwards, but I don't feel it strips my combination skin. The skin is left refreshed, supple and comfortable, but it does not moisturize or restore hydration.It's not the kind of cleanser you remove make-up with; it's not even a good cleanser if you wear just water ressistant SPF on your face during the day. But I'm double cleansing and this works great as the second step.I have sensitive eyes and some cleansers (even without irritants) sting my eyes; not this one.Still, if I were to choose a cleanser from Simple, I would choose the foaming one instead of this; still gentle, but cleanses better.

I don’t think they sell this in stores anymore. I’ve been buying (and searching) for this product for years now. It’s great on my dry skin. No scent. No scrubbing beads - which my husband doesn’t like about it. But I think it’s great. I went months to a year without being able to find it anywhere, including Bolo. One day I randomly stumbled across it again on here and bought a few at a time. Since then I’ve been able to keep finding it. Hopefully it was a Covid supply issue because this is great for any skin type. Very neutral.

Although the ingredients list is far from simple to read, I do like this face wash. My skin is very dry and, in winter, tends to be a bit sensitive as well. I look for face washes that cater to fragile skin but that can get my face really clean and that's a hard combination for a face wash to fulfill. This Simple Water Boost Micellar Facial Gel Wash does a very good job of completely ridding my face of makeup and dirt but it doesn't leave my skin dry or tight. It is clear and has the consistency of a thin gel. It lathers somewhat, not tons but enough. It rinses off well with no residue. My face feels and IS clean. I used a cotton round and toner several times after washing my face with this and there wasn't a trace of leftover makeup or dirt. It can't get rid of waterproof mascara but it does remove the regular mascara and other eye makeup.I use a variety of face washes but I will repurchase this one when I need more. It's good to my skin. Whether it is good FOR my skin is a question I will have to try to answer. I plan to look up all the ingredients to make sure there's nothing really off the wall in the formula. For performance and price, I would go with 5 stars. I would prefer it to be more natural so I removed a star.

I enjoy using the Simple products. My friend in England introduced me to them.This is a lovely cleanser - hydrating, fresh, no fragrance, and you use very little. Not tested on animals and vegan. I love that there are no animal products in this line. It’s not necessary for a quality product.

I actually bought this back in 2020 but it has been a staple in my skincare since, i got my first one in great condition but I started buying them in store so I cant say much on Bolo shipping now, but the product itself is great and gentle, which is always great when it comes to skincare.

I bought this because I need a fragrance free gentle cleanser for my dry sensitive skin. This ended up drying me out really bad every time I used it. My face felt really tight every time and I had terrible dry patches around my mouth that would flake. I’m writing this review in the winter when my face is the driest but I could 100% see myself using this in the summer when I have a lot of sweat, dirt, sunscreen, and oil buildup from the day. Will save for the summer but did not work for me now. it’s just annoying to see it advertised for dry sensitive skin when it made mine worse
Best face wash
This is an amazing face wash. I tried many face wash but always got redness or patchy skin. So always end up washing my face with soap, which ruined my skin over the years. I have very sensitive skin after watching Dr. Vanita Rattan video on YouTube I bought it, and I am very happy with my purchase . It didn't dry your skin at all.

All in one cleanser! Excellent!
Very good cleanser, just what is needed. It very mild yet effective cleanser. It removes make up effortlessly no need to use two three products to remove make up. It does not even dry the skin after cleansing. And the best part no breakouts! I am very happy with this all in one cleanser.
Simple. gentle but effective cleanser
I was forced to jump online to get this cleanser as it's been sold out of every pharmacy near me, I'm not sure why that is but I'm assuming Skincare by Hyram's long-term endorsement has something to do with it. As someone with dry sensitive skin, this cleanser is absolutely perfect in every way - it is cheap, gentle yet effective. Doesn't break me out, nor does it strip my skin. Being unscented is an additional bonus. Drugstore option that ticks all the boxes!
Gentle and clean
Truly love the feel of this face wash on my face. It leaves my face feeling hydrated. As a 50+ I have dry cheeks and this helps alot .
