I love this item! We have 1 computer that acts as a server. With the RX300 thin client I have 3 computer work stations. It is extremely efficient and a huge savings compared to 3 more computers!

We have been an NComputing user since 2012. Compare to L300, RX-300 supports dual monitor, UXP and RDS connection, and based on a modern hardware platform. The product is good, but it's VSpace Pro software is buggy. Later we have to switch to RDS Protocol instead of UXP. Because Microsoft Teams client has tons of problems with UXP. Therefore, we switch to the cheaper RX-RDP. So 3 stars for RX-300.

We bought this device to save money on a computer and I've had a fairly tech savvy networking guy working on this almost 25 hours now. We're exchanging tickets with their awful tech support. A piece of paper in the box with the device says, "DO NOT RETURN THIS ITEM- CONTACT TECH SUPPORT" That's how certain they are you will need tech support, but the support provided is dysfunctional. No phone support, no good reference materials, this is just a sad sad product. They are too busy marketing the product to actually tell people how to use it.

I strongly recommend RX300 the best option for VDI deployment on a low-cost base.The NComputing RX300 thin client offers multi-client option (vSpace, RDP, Verde and also has a standalone PC).The deployment can be done in less than five minutes and take complete control on the device setup and user session.
