The first set I bought last year, I was planning to use these as everyday dishes but they are so nice, I've used them for Holidays and purchased a second set for large family gatherings. Love that both have the large serving bowls and platter, great for side dishes and meat. My kitchen is all white so they really blend nicely when doing buffet style dinners. They held up very well with the dishwasher and no coffee stains... Hey!! No chips or damages, shipping packaging was excellent!!! Great value for the money, well worth it!

We ordered two sets of these dishes to have enough for when company comes over. We really like the clean lines and they are easy to wash as well with a completely smooth surface finish. They look great with food in them - very nice plating. I really like the two sizes of bowls. There were a few pieces with a tiny black dot in the glazing, which isn't a big deal for me. We had two mugs that were chipped at arrival and appeared to be chipped before they were glazed at the factory vs in shipment. I reached out to Bolo and they sent replacement set of dishes just for the two mugs - which was a bit crazy, but we now have PLENTY of dishes and everything is complete and in good condition. The packaging was quite impressive actually - super tight and nothing broken. The dinner plates are on the smaller side, but it helps with not overdoing your portions! Serving bowl is nice and big. They are slightly off white color - so they go with both cream and white dishes - but not perfectly with either one. Overall great price for attractive dishes.

Okay, so let me say how many times I’ve attempted to purchase “unique” type of dish sets, over and over. I’ve never been pleased and have just grown out of every “style” I purchased. I legitimately recall not liking a single set! Anyways, this time, although risky purchasing online, I went with my gut, ignoring it every other time, in the past, and purchased an all white dish set. Let me just say I’m in LOVE! Great price for what you get and the QUALITY!, (NOT lightweight, clean and appealing). White plates don’t show marks and take a WHILE to truly appear worn down/used.The ONLY thing I would bring up, is the size of the dinner plates, which I wish were slight larger…but not enough to hate it entirely. Other than that, this sets is IDEAL and must have! Besides it being crisp white, the additional plates and additions (salt/pepper shakers, gravy dish etc) just meets your expectations of what a “complete serving set during any meal, in one” is.Great, sturdy quality and a set I would be proud to serve anyone, their food on. Don’t think twice. Some of the negative reviews are about the DELIVERY, which lays heavily on their particular delivery man, not the set.JUST FYI: this photo was taken after simply putting all of the dishes and put it on sanitizing cycle (no detergent) and dry. They looked even better!! Buy, buy buy 😊

While unpacking, found a cracked 8"bowl. Contacted Gibson for a replacement and got a response that they didn't have any replacements in warehouse and to contact Bolo. Rather than repacking everything because of one serving bowl for a return, just going to keep the set. This is used for Christmas and not enough time to return. Just extremely disappointed that there's basically no warranty to this set and customer service was no help.

Initially ordered this item based on its looks and the extra pieces (salt/pepper shakers and sugar bowl). After reading the negative reviews I cancelled the order but it was too late to cancel (due to Bolo’s speediness).I figured I’d reject the package when it where is delivered but my postman let’s quickly. The box was too big and heavy to return to the post office and figured it would cost a fortune to return so reluctantly I kept it around a few days before deciding to open it.Nervously, I unwrapped all the pieces, looked for chips or flaws, and didn’t find any. After I washed all the pieces, I put them away in the cabinets. As commented by other reviewers, they are off white in color, who cares. If you don’t compare them to anything white, they look white. After a few days, I started getting very attached to them and started to really like them a lot, especially the bowls. Yes the dinner plates are a bit smaller then the average standard size but I’m not bothered by it. What I really like about the dinner and lunch plates are that they are flat in the center and gradually curve upwards slightly which means anything liquid won’t spell easily. The plates aren’t very light in weight but I got used to them. I love the bowls, I’ve been in restaurants that have similar bowls for serving. The bowls are easy to slurp from 😀 (when no one is around). The platter isn’t as large as expected but so what. It’ll still hold food to serve.The mugs hold the same amount of liquid as my other standard mugs. I’m really happy I kept them. I like them more and more every day.

Really nice set for the price!
I was a bit worried, reading the other reviews, if the set was going to arrive in once piece and be what I was expecting.Clearly they have learned from past deliveries because these were packaged incredibly well. Nothing broken or chipped. The set is beautiful and I love all the extra serving pieces! Its actually a lot sturdier (heavier) than I thought it would be but in a good way. Feels really solid in your hands. For this price you cant beat it!

Amazing set and overall quality. It's worth the price. We got all the items displayed and we're very satisfied. Our only matter has been a way to contact the store, that's why we're using the review for. Only one piece (10.75" dinner plate) of our set came damaged and we definitely are looking for a way to not return the whole set, just to get a replacement for this dinner plate.Color and material are exactly as we expected and we're happy with our choice. Regarding the product, it's totally recommended. Now, let's see about customer service.We truly expect to get this solve and get a replacement part to get our lovely dinner set complete.
