I ordered these for use around the yard, as I have a number of gasoline-powered power tools and want to protect my hearing. These headphones are excellent; comfortable to wear for long periods of time, surprisingly good sound quality for the price point, and with passive sound dampening, they do actually protect your hearing.Pairing these with my phone was no problem; they work seamlessly via Bluetooth. You can also connect a regular audio cable, although I do not use that capability.I can easily spend a couple hours on my yard, and the headphones will still say "battery: high". I haven't tried to go beyond 3 hours or so, but battery life appears to be excellent. The charging port is micro-USB; I would have preferred USB-C.The construction is solid, with a metal frame. They fit comfortably on my head. And when I don't feel like listening to music or audiobooks, I can simply wear them as regular ear muffs for hearing protection.These headphones are a quality product at a surprisingly nice price, and they've made my lawn chores a lot more enjoyable.

I run a woodsplitter for three to four hours at a time and mowing my lawn takes an hour and a half. In the past, would use corded earbuds and place hearing protection earmuffs over them, but what would happen over the duration is the buds work themselves out of your ear, and you have to reset them occasionally. Not a big deal, but it gets annoying.So I set out to find something that combines sound and hearing protection simultaneously, and these are it! I like quality sound when I can get it, but lets face it; anyone reading this knows that the moment you need hearing protection in a loud working environment, you aren't going to get an audiophiles experience in any headphone setup!So to get to the meat and potatoes of this product. You are reading reviews because you want to know if they are the ones to buy. In my opinion, they are!• Hearing protection is adequate. While they don't drown out noise as well as some of the other earmuff hearing protection out there (24db vs 30db only hearing protection, no speakers inside), they reduce outside sound levels adequately even when no music is playing.• Sound quality is very good. These are not made by Bose. Don't expect audiophile quality sound here, but do expect very good sound. I saw sound quality complaints in other reviews. I was like, for the price, I'm gonna judge for myself and if they suck, I'll send it back. I still have them, and I feel the sound quality is very good. Again, these are not Bose or Harmon Kardon, if you want that kind of quality sound, spend the money and sit in your living room and hire someone else do the yard work.• Attainable volume is very good. These offer plenty of volume to drown out any ambient sound that may remain. However, you don't really need to turn these up to full blast. After awhile, your ears get used to and adjust to louder sound levels, making you think you need to turn it up more. Remember this when you are using them for long periods of time. These are designed to offer private entertainment within your loud working environment, and if you are cranking the tunes, you kind of defeat the purpose to protect your hearing.• Comfort is good. One thing I noticed and worth mentioning is the headband that rests upon your head may cause a little discomfort over long periods of use. The pad is kind of open and after long term use can press on your scalp. I have shorter hair, so I noticed this. When working in colder weather with a hat, I didn't notice it.• Battery life per use is good. I have never run out of battery and I have run them for 5 hours. By the end of 5 hours of outdoor yardwork and activity, I am spent, so these basically outlast me when started with a full charge.• Bluetooth connectivity is good. I never had a connection issue with these. I use an iPhone 6 that is attached to my belt with a holder. This device never disconnected.So there you have it. For me, this was a good purchase, and I'm glad I got them. I think you will find that too. They do everything that the task requires. As mentioned, the only small gripe, if any, is the headband comfort over the top of my head.I wanted to review this in a way that was realistic and right to the point, and I hope it helps your decision! Now get back to work! :)

I bought these headphones to use while I mowed my yard and ran my sawmill. First the good side: The headphones fit well and covered the ears to block out all the ambient noise, unlike other headphones that sit ON the ears. Blutooth pairing and subsequent connection is straight forward and easy. The pads may seem a bit uncomfortable is you wear heavey framed glasses but only after an extended use however they hold up to sweating very well. Overall they are rugged and will survive "tool box treatment". The sound is not going to be hi fidelity but to my amazement the frequency response is very flat albeit not like a pair of "Beetz". Midrange is excellent and highs are good. I have actually heard vocals Iv'e never heard on songs I've listened to from the 60s. Again this isn't a set of Sennheiser HD 800. It's a set of "outdoor work headphones"Now the bad part; which still isn't THAT bad if you're careful.... The charge port really sucks. It's a Micro USB port and if you do not pay very close attention to the orientation of the charge cable, you'll push the small (male) tab on the inside of the headphone port out of the way or worse, break it off and it will no longer charge. Only use the cable that came with the phones since many chinese Micro USB cables have slightly thicker metal shrouds on them. I keep mine labeled so I don't get them confused with any others. Changing the design to a Micro-C USB would solve the problem and give these headphones a (5) star instead of a (4).

Es una pasada , no conocía esta clase de material, que no oigas ruido y estés recibiendo llamadas o escuchando tu emisora favorita, o música de cualquier clase del móvil por medio del bluetooth.Es una pasada muy bueno y practico. El ruido se oye de fondo que una persona cerca la oyes prestando atención o ruidos muy fuertes te percatas que algo pasa y lo bueno es que son de 3 M Homologados.como dice aceptas llamadas, cuelgas. Cuando te lo quitas notas la sordera de los compañeros.Estoy trabajando en un tren de Pintura imagínate el ruido todo el día. Saludos
Perfect mix of headphones and ear defenders
First off, let's address the elephant in the room - the price. These are VERY expensive considering you can get half decent Bluetooth headphones for about £20 and half decent ear defenders for under a tenner.I actually held off buying these for ages because I was using my half decent headphones under my half decent ear defenders but it was such a faff with the headphones falling out all the time and not particularly comfortable after a while that I finally succumbed and coughed up the dosh.And if you're going to use them often (pretty much every day for me) then these are absolutely worth the investment.I mainly use them to listen to audiobooks and podcasts while using the sander or drill and I have no trouble hearing the audio over either of those tools and it's still passable with much louder tools like circular saws. If you're in a quieter environment, like doing the washing up while the kids argue over the last pack of Doritos, then you can happily tune out all the background noise and listen to your tunes in peace.As long as you're not expecting world class sound quality (and why would you from 3M?) then these headphones are brilliant - battery life lasts hours and hours, range is decent, build quality is spot on so far... The only downside I can see is the price but if you think you'll get your moneys worth then definitely buy a pair

Casque qualitatif, un bon complément de son autre version qui fait juste radio/jack mais qui est plus lourd et plus gros car il a une plus grosse réduction -32db contre -24db pour celui cibatterie qui dure assez longtemps je dirai 1 semaine donc pas besoin de le recharger tout le temps, quand la batterie est déchargé on reçoit un message dans le casque.Casque assez confortable pour le porter plus de 8h.Réduction de bruit efficaceSeule point faible en fonction du lecteur utilisé youtube/musique/spotify on peut déplorer un réglage de son trop fort même au minimum mais ca arrive rarementPrix 100-120 € ca les vaut largement.
Good protection and easy to use.
I've been using this product now for a week. It's as I expected, good noise protection. Bluetooth connects easily to my phone, and battery life is more than 3 day's. It's excellent for audiobooks and music, audio quality surpasses my hearing. Answering phonecalls is easy. (One button on the thing, good enough for me)Price is rather high, but ok if it survive more than 3 years. I had to pay extra in customs here in Sweden.That was not obvious when I ordered the headphones, Bolo may have to make that more clear, or obvious.Now I've been using this for 8 months. Just good, works, sits tight on your head, can get sweaty. Still good, still recommended.
