That's a recurring purchase. It gives my nails strength and a shining aspect. Although I try to get my vitamins from natural sources I rely on multivitamins for extra coverage. It is a good deal. For those who feel nausea I would say take it with a meal, it's better even for its absorption.

I’ve been using this for about a month because I have a surgery coming up and my doctor suggested I start taking a multi vitamin to help with labs. I’m also anemic so I take this with iron pills even though there’s iron in them.HOWEVER, a few days ago I started noticing that my eyebrows were growing faster. I would tweeze and then two days later it was like I never even tweezed. This happened on other body parts. Ehem.Well, after reading the reviews it seems this is also a great product for hair loss and skin/ nails. Lol! Guess it works. Great price too.

Lo tomo en conjunto con el prov ovarían support para salir embarazada y lo logre la empezó a tomar porque hace años cuando salí embarazada estaba tomando vitaminas y suplementos así que lo hice y lo logre tengo 3 semanitas y 4 días hoy . Nunca pude hacer la reseña de prov ovarían support porque había borrado la compra para que mi esposo no supiera los hombres nunca tienen fe 🤣🙏bendiciones a todos

This has the right components for me. It has magnesium, chromium, iron, which some multivitamins don't. I'm sticking with this brand.

I take one of these every day, and while they might seem like a "horse pill", they are very easy to swallow. I think I got a great deal and now have my sister taking them as well. I didn't realize when I ordered them that I was actually getting 4 boxes, but this just means I don't need to buy them again for quite some time. Also, even though I have been ordered not to take vitamin B, the amount of vitamin B in this product is not too high for me, nor is the iron if you happen to have iron overload issues.
