So far, I have only used it for one recipe. It was great! Did not taste anything but the strawberry I had used in the jello. Next time I may strain my jello before putting in the fridge though. There were a few pieces of the gelatin bloom that did not dissolve all the way.

My family had multiple food allergies and sensitivities. It was so nice to find an unflavored product that is also free of fake sugars. My daughter used orange juice and slices in hers for a citrus dessert.FYI- Color is more opaque than jello brand if you are looking for a certain aesthetic.

We love to add this to homemade gummies or fruit roll ups. It doesn’t have a strong flavor. It makes amazing homemade marshmallows with only gelatin, honey, and water. It’s gut friendly and healthy for your joints. Delicious!
