With any fish products, have to worry about mercury. This is the only brand that we trust with our family to be sure that the product is pure and not full of toxins. There are NO fishy burps (so gross) with this supplement and really no flavor at all. A way to feel good about what is going into the family's bodies and help support the body with a good balance of omega fatty acids.

I was hesitant to start taking these, for fear of burping up what is inside. I have reflux and many medications and supplements can unfortunately come back to haunt me after taking them. These Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega soft gels are easy to swallow, however their size is a bit daunting at first. I have yet to have any reflux or burp up what is inside. As for the omega supplement, I can tell already it is improving my creaky knees.

My husband and I have taken Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omegas for several months. They are a great way to get your omegas. This is a well-known reputable company that tests there products to ensure the quality, that they are safe, and that they contain what the label says.Regarding this product, we take these with our evening meal. I do burp them a little, but they are flavored with lemon, so it is not at all unpleasant.We live in Florida, and the last bottle we ordered contained a glob of capsules that could not be separated. They were completely melted. I contacted the company by email as suggested by Bolo. I sent photos of the glob, the product label with Exp Date and Lot Number, and they immediately sent us a new bottle, UPS 2nd Day, directly from their facility in California.I would highly recommend this product, but will probably order directly from Nordic Naturals from now on during the warmer months.

These were great. I definitely noticed a change in my overall cognitive functions. However, my stomach is super sensitive due to gastric bypass surgery in 2014. So I began cutting the capsules and mixing the oil in a bit of orange juice and drinking, it works so well and doesn’t require my stomach to breakdown the capsules!!

Best Omega supplement I've found
Nutritional supplements can be often tricky to buy due to the uncertainty of the ingredients in them because they don't need to meet the same standards as standard medicines. As such, I did a bit of research into this brand and felt like it was the safest bet in terms of quality. I started taking this supplement a year ago to mainly help with muscle pain and general cognitive support. I'm very impressed with the results and will continue taking this as long as I can.
