I am an amateur photographer at heart just learning and wanted a semi-cheap camera with a well known name. What I received was a great camera that is easy to use and budget friendly. I am going to have so much fun using it. It's light weight and very happy with the quality of the picture and video.

This camera is very disappointing. Will not allow a partially used SD card to be used-gives you an error message that 'Memory is Full'. Doesn't always recognize when you have the SD card loaded - also gives you the message the "Memory is Full'. You have to open it back up remove the SD card and put it in again and it usually will recognize it then. The SD card and battery area door doesn't always open easily. I've had to almost break the door to get it open. The flash doesn't work most of the time. Quality of the pictures is not very good either. Had a Fujifilm Finepix S camera that I used for years until I dropped it on the garage cement floor. Miss that camera. I rarely use this new camera and wish I would not have spent the money on it. May as well just use my cell phone camera.

I wanted a camera that did not need to be charged when I was going on a trip with some day hikes. This camera weighs more than chargeable cameras because of the batteries and a zoom lens. The quality of the pictures is great. I did end up using my phone camera some but the zoom lens on this camera allowed me zoom in on things such as Indian rock paintings and scenery pictures.

The camera arrived in good condition. There was not a usb transfer cable in the box as it was supposed to have. So.....I am having to go tomorrow and buy another to fit. The disk advertised as "customers also purchased" did not work in the camera. After extensive hunting I was able to find out the 128gb they advertise is totally worthless for this camera. You can't use anything over 32gb. Period. So now I have to go to an Bolo return center to send that back. I have an old 16gb in my other camera...it works fine. I am hoping this camera will operate as advertised........So far , not impressed with the seller or the false advertising by Bolo.

My 8 year old son saved up his money and bought this camera after we did quite a bit of research. This is great for older kids or people just getting into photography (or wanting a decent camera). It’s good quality and takes great quality pictures. Cost effective, especially for a kid to fall in love capturing memories!

La cámara es increíble, la resolución que tiene es muy buena, ciertamente mejora mucho cuando las tomas se hacen con el zoom óptico, los modos de fotografía son muy buenos, el vídeo es sumamente estable y agradable, ninguna de estas fotos tiene edición, sin duda es la mejor opción que pueden tener a la hora de comprar una cámara, puede que al principio no parezca que dará buenos resultados, pero conforme más la usas más te das cuenta de lo buena que es, por su precio estoy asombrado por la excelente calidad que tieneSi debo dar puntos negativos está el tema de la batería, ocupa demasiada y utiliza pilas, las que incorpora no son las mejores, así que vale la pena invertir en unas recargables de almenos 2500mah para que tenga buena duración, pero con el ahorro que tienes al comprarla es más que nada una inversiónTambién las fotografías en la noche no son las mejores, pero no se puede pedir más de lo que ofrece esta cámara, sin duda una gran opciónRecomendación.Si compras esta cámara por fuerza necesitarás:Una memoria SD de almenos 32gbUn trípode, uno sencillo bastaUn estuche para transportarla con más facilidad, aunque no es algo obligatorioBaterias recargables 2500mah, gasta mucha batería, así aguantará para sesiones largas.

Battery drains quickly
Looks 100%, Quality of images : 100%, user friendliness 100%. But the major issue is the battery which drains within ten shots, use zoom and it drains to half within first ten shots. I use only duracell or rechargeable cells. Issue continues. Can Bolo India or seller help me with customer service
Free from quality?
Jumping from a Nikon B500 to this was a real dissapointment.The macro hardly work at all, and it's imposible to zoom out in macro mode. The optic zoom does not give even decent quality at x40 zoom. Not to mention the digital zoom.Automatic mode gives just lousy litht bad photos, forcing me to use manual mode that takes an eternity to fix, and the birds and the bees are miles away before im ready to shoot. So, complicaded to use, bad image quality in most modes, macro almost unusable unless you crash the poor insect you want to take an image of.But most of all i miss the Tiltscreen on my old Nikon B500, that unfortunately seems to be out of production... Do not buy a new Kodak AZ401 if you can find a used Nikon with Tiltscreen....
