5.0 out of 5 stars Warm!!
Fits great! Looks great! The hood is funny looking. The side pockets are weird to me the are to high in my opinion. I work construction and this thing can take a beating it is durable. Its thick but still very versatile.
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome!
I have only used it a day now but it was in heavy rain. Not a drop got through! It is not often that I buy something through Bolo from an unknown brand and it stands out to me. Usually the no name brand is functional and I forget about ever buying it but this jacket stands out!It fits wonderfully, I like the pockets all over, not too many but lots of space, hidden well so it doesn't look dorky and no water came through zippers.I will say it isn't the warmest after a while so layering is key. For reference, I was in about 50 degree F weather for 4 hrs, heavy rain for about 3 hours of the 4 and some wind when it wasn't raining. I was comfortable for the first 3 hrs and then the cold seeped in.
4.0 out of 5 stars Weird extra zipper?
I like almost everything about this jacket, but ultimately I am disappointed. Let's start with positives: It's warm, waterproof, and comfortable. Ooh, it's almost perfect! Lots of nice, roomy pockets with sturdy zippers. Just what I was looking for. Except... I don't understand why it has an extra little zipper pull on the main zipper line. Meaning there are two zippers that control the main line, and one of them is completely superfluous, unnecessary, and gets stuck a lot. It looks stupid, and hangs down like a little nub right in the crotch area, so ridiculous. I ended up taking the extra pull off, and that turned out to be a bad idea because it was all that prevented the real zipper from falling off the line. Now it doesn't stay zipped at all anymore, and I'm past the refund window. It was literally the second time I had ever worn it. Oh well, it's going in the garbage.
5.0 out of 5 stars Versatile
Jacket is BAD A YOU KNOW WHAT. FOR THE MONEY........YOU SIMPLY CANNOT GO WRONG. SO FUNCTIONAL. ALL THE NEAT POCKETS. VERY COOL. I LOVE THIS JACKET. HANDS DOWN. END OF STORY.
5.0 out of 5 stars Warm & Dry!
i like this jacket because it feels well made with nice zippers that have a layer over them to keep water out. the hood is comfy and all pockets are a nice size. The armpit vents are a must have in a rain jacket as you may get too warm and need to introduce some air flow or circulation without opening the front of the jacket to let water in.I RECOMMEND this jacket.
5.0 out of 5 stars Durable, warm, waterproof
This a great coat. It's definitely waterproof and durable. Good fit the zippers are good but weird.
5.0 out of 5 stars Replacement perfect
The replacement was totally different. Opening the package it had that new smell. It was clean and felt great in my hands. It fit very well. I ran it under the faucet, water ran off and was repelled instantly. The jacket was completely dry. The warmth of the jacket was perfect. It should be the perfect jacket for a fall Alaska experienceThe material was a little dirty, and the weight felt off to me. I felt around and could tell something was in the pocket. Opened pocket and found some ear pods in a case. Opened case and it was nasty. I did not even try it on. I got creeped out. Stuffed jacket and ear pods back in original packaging. Still kind of creeped out
3.0 out of 5 stars Tactical softshell. Not bad. Not for everyone.
For the money, it's a decent softshell. But it's purpose built, not for general use. And not for everyone.Pros:1- Keeps out wind and light to moderate rain for short periods of time and ries quickly.2- Pit zips help ventilate.3- Adjustable hood cinches tight. 4- Nice cuff closures.5- High set pockets for access while wearing a harness, rig or pack with a wide hip belt. Very affordable. (This is also a con)6- There are tons of companies out there selling essentially this same jacket. (It's based on a surplus military jacket design.) This is one of the higher quality versions out there.Cons:1- Main zip shuttle is on the left (not made for American market).2- No waterproof zips. (Can't criticize it too much at this price point)3- No hand warmer pockets located where you are probably used to having them. You'll find yourself wanting to leave the long pocket zips all the way down so you can access them easily, down low where you're used to finding pocket openings. If you leave them open, everything falls out. There is no pocket "well" as the zipper goes all the way to the bottom of the pocket. You'll drop your keys/phone.6-The arms are way too long, so they bunch up above the (well made) velcro wrist tabs.7- It's a "slim/athletic" fit. Big at the shoulders, narrow at the hips. Perfect if you're He-man. But again, not for most of us. If you have any extra belly, you'll have to size up and deal with the extra space around the chest and shoulders.8- The jacket material is heavy enough that the extra material in the shoulders and sleeves adds unnecessary bulk, epecially with the additional pockets and zips. Not a good jacket to keep in your pack.9- Lastly, it's a "tactical" jacket which may be a plus if that's what you want. All the velcro patch fields and extra zippers and pockets are not so good for every day wear or for people who don't want to stick out. They add weight, and limit the uses for the jacket.Overall, this jacket is good for the shooting range or the trail when you know the weather will be chilly/wet. If you don't need the patches and weird extra pockets, you may be better off looking for another budget hooded softshell like the ones from Bolo sellers like Outdoor Ventures or Little Donkey Andy.
Excellent wind and rainbreak
Definitely not for cold cold weather its VERY thin but still like 3 times as thick as a paperthin windbreaker with a tiny bit of insultation this is a hiking jacket thats ment to be worn with layers underneath its PERFECT. Like the way the hood can be velcroed back and it feels like its gonna be a solid jacket to shield from rain and wind.

La calidad del producto
Excelente producto y tiempo de entrega
Muy práctica para viaje
Me gustó la chamarra, la usé en un viaje y aparte de calentarme bien, no necesitaba dónde guardar cosas, por todas las bolsas que tiene.
Very cool jacket.
I ordered a XL Navy. I was very pleasantly surprised once it arrived. It is a very nice jacket. The fit is perfect, and it is such an absolute beautiful blue - very striking. There is a hood-keeper, to keep it out of the way. The stitching is solid, material is very soft and supple, with plenty of pockets. There are good cuff-locks on the sleeves. I am very impressed with this.
