I searched & searched, read a million reviews..this was a winner. Completely water pproof, rain simply rolled off of the fabric. Side mesh pocket holds a typical Poland Spring mid sized bottle with ease..it is a very deep pocket. Won't hold a huge metal 24+ size though, not enough side support. Sturdy rope straps with a front clip that was very nice, straps adjustable in the bottom knot and did not slip off my shoulders at all...2 long large outside pockets for toiletries (I would only put wallet in front if I reversed the bag to lie on my back) I carried this for 2 weeks in Europe, rained daily. Held my stuff plus a little travel umbrella, no problem. Very comfotablePerfect in every way except I do like an attached inside zip pocket, but here I used a little zip bag that fell to the base of the bag. For the price, amazing...

Great material. A nice size. Brought on a cruise. Nice side pocket for tumbler. Has a front side pocket to secure incidentals. Roomy inside main compartment. Held beach towel and change of clothes. Bigger than flimsy drawstring bags but smaller than traditional backpacks.

Love this bag. It's sturdy and well made. It's kinda anti-theft? The strings are very stiff so someone has to really yank it open while you're wearing it. When it's off it's easy to open.It's lightweight and foldable. I keep it in my purse and use it for shopping in countries/states where they don't provide plastic bags.Saved me at stores where they didn't provide bags or sell reusable totes either. This is much more comfortable than those totes anyway. The support clip really helps.

Durable, cheap, comfortable, holds a lot of stuff.Only complaint is the front zipper is a tiny bit annoying to access if you have a water bottle in the way.Edit: I've had bottles slide out of the water bottle holder when taking off the bag and the mesh is starting to tear a few months in.
