The replacement for Weight control oatmeal is Fiber and Protein. I see no difference in taste, consistency, etc. So glad Quaker still has this option. I have been using it for many years and find it has lowest sugar (l gr.) than any of the other options, plus has the protein and fiber that keeps me filled up until lunch. A good product.
