I need to take electrolytes. I have tried to put it in my water but I tend to forget. So I decided to add to my vitamin routine. It says to take three each day. Instead, I take two in the a.m. and two in the p.m. I waited to see if I could sleep w/out socks and a calf compression sleeve (needed to keep the serious cramping away.) I waited two days of this routine and the last two nights I have been cramp free and no socks or ankle sleeve were on me. I am so happy I found these.

KetoK-Caps have saved me from being in pain. I've worked on my feet, in hot kitchens, all my life. In the summer I get wicked cramps in my thighs & calves; I'd wake me up in horrible pain that took an hour to massage away. I even tried massaging with yellow mustard, which was a DYI suggestion. I will say it worked but was really messy =( Then I found Keto K-Caps! I take 2 in the morning & 2 at night, every day, & the cramps are gone. If I miss a dose I pay for it the next night. I've scheduled monthly delivery which gives me a break on the price!

Newer product but I am sure it will thrive well. I live in Lasvegas and work outdoors and have some roofing coming up so I will put this to the test. Have already started taking I have taken alot of things over the years but this product is a step up from traditional heat stress tabs and I like it alot will drink water only with this to see how well it works. So far so good no foul taste easy to swallow clean bright product and bottle informative directions well done. Will review again in a few weeks. And always remember Hydration is very underestimated and is critical for performance mood thought processes skin and overall health. So talk to ya'll soon. P.M. Ok I am back after lots of outdoor work and my verdict is this is the real deal . That said absorption is good I found product great. However while taking this product I recommend drinking WATER only and follow instructions I dosed 1tab every 1.5/2.0 Hrs. As you are working and sweating then mab61 more after inside. I emphasize water because I do not think drinking Powerdrinks with electrolytes and other vitamins and minerals and or combined with other supplements with this product may be too hard on system. So one or the other you know? Pick one and use it but make no mistake this product with water is all you need and more .One will prob .not find a sports drink with this much power this is serious stuff . Again always use caution and consult with your doctor if you have health problems. Usually any extra build up in system will pass through urine . But I really like this product and have had just about everything over the years being outside and working outside. Always employ many techniques to stay cool and ALIVE and for everyone study and know signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke this happens quickly and can cause severe health issues and or death so study up folks. But for me I will buy this again and recommend. Thankyou P.M.

I have been having some electrolyte issues but I cannot stand flavored water so I tried these and they were a game-changer! I took two in the morning and felt totally different all day. I felt more energized - almost like I took my ADD medicine (but I didn't that day).I told my husband who is a welder for the railroad to try them because everyday he comes home drained from working in the heat all day even with drinking those electrolyte drinks. The first day he took them he came home and he wasn't drained or worn out at all. He said he felt good all day and didn't have the common heat exhaustion symptoms that he normally would have.
